Observed since release:
• Gatekept email paths (Mimecast), throttling during upload windows, then relaxation post-archive.
• Early downloads consistent with institutional mirroring + human evaluation.
• No public claims that would risk collision with my fingerprints.

• Public reuse without attribution is unlikely in the near term.
• Quiet internal testing is likely ongoing pending legal/compliance review.
