Some of these, like pantyshot and Tsunetsuki, aren't terribly consistent but mainly the appearances with dialogue aren't included. Also cases like Uropen appearing in back-to-back cuts in the same general location are mostly counted as one. There are some where it's tough to identify in the anime itself, but by comparing with the manga panel it's adapting becomes conclusive.
