Hi, I bought this product a while ago however I was in hospital due to a collision with another car, so I was unable to open the product. The product was delivered and after being discharged I came home today to present the product to my niece who was shocked to see the package was empty. It did not look tampered with, rather very secure & intact much like the other parcels I have received from Amazon. Is there any way I can receive some kind of compensation? Thanks.

Hello, I bought this a few months ago, just before I was hospitalized. This is because I was involved in a motorcycle racing collision, which resulted in me breaking both my wrist & leg. Thankfully, I am recovering now with the exception of my right wrist, which prevents me from writing, etc. I may be slow to type because of this. Anyway, I got home yesterday and opened all my mail which my Butler had accepted whilst I was in the hospital, and I would have never expected to find an empty package from Amazon. I am extremely confused about how this has happened - and hope I can receive some kind of compensation. I have examined the post and it did not look tampered with, rather secure & intact like a regular parcel.

I purchased the items shown in order 205-9701564-6280314 a while ago, before I was hospitalized. I have now realised the boxes are empty. I was hospitalized because I was involved in a car crash, fracturing my vertebra, causing permanent damage to my back. I was also in a medically induced coma from dates 12 December till 3rd February, & was discharged from my previous injuries 2 days ago, which meant I was unable to contact you sooner. I apologize for this and hopefully, you can understand there was no way under the conditions I was in I could have possibly contacted you. I see my product is fulfilled by Amazon, I understand this means I am eligible for some kind of compensation. I would be very thankful if I could either be issued a refund or replacement, however, I am most interested in the refund as I would like to purchase other products for my son (who is also not doing too great). Hello, I have an issue with the items I purchased. I was in a coma from dates [DATE] - [DATE]. My butler took in the package(((s))) and I was unaware that when I would return home (today) ((((both))) packages would be empty. I examined the box and it did not appear tampered with as I had suspicions it could have been my butler, however the box looks similiar to other boxes from Amazon.
