  3. [Cyphers]
  4.
  5. (Lvl 7) Iridescent synth octagon with a detachable square. When the square is removed and attached to a device, you can activate that device from up to 1 mile (1.6 km) away.
  6.
  7. (Lvl 9) A cold, glass and metal cylinder filled with smoky liquid. When a trigger on the side is depressed and the tube end struck against an object, up to 200 pounds of liquid contained by or touching the object is instantly frozen. When used on a creature it freezes, taking 9 damage.
  8.
  9. (Lvl 3) A pair of green synth goggles with a strap fashioned by you. When worn, you can discern the heat signatures of objects and creatures.
  10.
  11. [Oddities]
  12.
  13. Two magnets that become one hundred times heavier when put together.
  14.
  15. A black metal rod that projects the two-dimensional image of an unknown creature on any flat surface.

  20.
  21. (Lvl 8) (Occulitic) A synth handle with a mounted screen and a selection of dials, buttons and a trigger. When held up against a solid surface, this panel allows the user to see through up to 2 feet (0.6 m) of material. The selection of dials allows the user to discriminate between various objects within the material, permitting the visualization of buried objects, supports in walls, or organs. A successful difficulty 4 Intellect roll vaporizes a visualized discrete object, or a portion of it. An unsuccessful roll disintegrates a random chunk of material, gouging a hole in the solid surface. The device operates for one minute, and it only works if the cypher’s level is higher than the material’s level.
  22.
  23. [Oddities]
  24.
  25. A pane of clear synth a few inches across. Contains the image of a semi-alien female face. Depending on the direction it is pointed, the woman changes her expression.
  26.
  27. -Draco-
  28.
  29. [Cyphers]
  30.
  31. (Lvl 3) A complicated stick of metal and synth covered in buttons and switches. Only one with a wind pictogram still works. When pressed, the stick creates a wall of supercooled air up to 30 feet by 30 feet by 1 foot (9.1 m by 9.1 m by 0.3 m) that inflicts 3 damage on anything that passes through it. The wall conforms to the space available. It lasts for ten minutes.
  32.
  33. (Lvl 9) A triangular tube with a red button at one end. When pressed, a fist-sized glob of gel is extruded and will disintegrate any form of synth at 1 inch per round for 18 rounds.
  34.
  35. [Oddities]
  36.
  37. A box that appears to be lacquered red wood with gold designs. When opened, a small band of holographic musicians play a tune. They look horrified when you close it again.
  38.
  39. -CW-
  40.
  41. [Cyphers]
  42.
  43. (Lvl 7) A metal bolt polished to a sheen. When placed against the head of a mammal or reptile creature that has not been dead for more than 28 hours, this device restores a basic semblance of life by reactivating their nervous system. The creature does not have the knowledge, skills, personality, or memories of its former self—it’s just a mindless shell that can perform basic motor functions: walk, run, or otherwise move; pick up and hold objects; make crude attacks. It obeys the verbal commands of the user. The creature operates for one hour before collapsing. Although the GM makes the final call, small creatures are typically level 1, and others are level 2.
  44.
  45. (Lvl 8) A stout bottle of clear liquid filled with floating, coppery flakes. When ingested, The wearer’s mind can’t be telepathically sensed or contacted for 28 hours. If the wearer has telepathic abilities or psychic attacks, they’re inaccessible. On the other hand, during this period defense rolls against all kinds of psychic and mental attacks are modified by two steps to the wearer’s benefit.
  46.
  47. (Lvl 3) A smooth gold torc placed around the neck, and an accompanying gold ring. Both sport identical clear gems, and when the two touch, the torc projects an ephemeral image within long range that looks real. The image looks like the user, speaks like the user, and moves as the user desires within long range for up to one hour. Physical interaction with the image shows it to be without substance.
  48.
  49. [Oddities]
  50.
  51. Crystal that shatters easily but then instantly reforms.
  52.
  53. -Vap-
  54.
  55. [Cyphers]
  56.
  57. (Lvl 6) A flat purple crystal with a shiny backing that allows it to be affixed to a weapon. For the next 28 hours, each time the weapon the nodule is attached to strikes a solid creature or object, it generates a burst of nanites that directly attack organic cells. The affected target takes 1 additional point of damage and loses his next action.
  58.
  59. (Level 7) A black synth glove with glowing blue circuits running across it. When activated, One un-anchored item weighing 50 pounds (23 kg) or less within immediate range is launched upward at a chosen angle with a steady, sustained velocity that sends the object into the void over the course of several hours. If the cypher is used underground or directed to launch the item toward some sort of barrier, the cypher doesn’t activate.
  60.
  61. [Oddities]
  62.
  63. A small cage that puts any creature small enough to fit into stasis once inside.
