Further focused his training on his control over life. He had found by focusing his it's energy in some ways he could alter aspects of himself, but the one he found to be the most helpful was enhancing his speed .  Everyone he had ever fought were normally a lot stronger then him were also faster then him.

At first it was slow, only able to make himself a bit faster then normal, and the concentration it needed was taxing on his control over life energy. At first he found he could only handle it for a few seconds, but as the days were turning to weeks. He found that his time for using his power in this way extend further. “This is. . Actually working” He said amazed he had been able to find a new way to use his power. He worked hard with it as he was determined to make it so he could get out of sketchy situations . As he didn't want a repeat of what happened with the Godling.

He continued to perfect this way of using his power till he could easily double his natural speed with out having to focus at all. Though pushing it any higher would begin to tax him and needed his utmost concentration. Usually after he had done it he felt like when he returned to normal everything was going by to slow and he normally felt sick. That too was something he had hoped to try and fix in his effort to perfect his ability with his power.
