  1. Goat, Pegasus, and Griffon racials may need adjustments
  2. Zebra racial is very uninspired
  3.  
  4. More Cross-Class Skills needed in general
  5. -Add "Talented" as two point Cross-Class skill, granting a second, or even third, Talent?
  6. -May need to specify you can only take it once though, otherwise people may make builds composed of nothing but Custom-Skills-As-Talents.
  7.  
  8. BARD:
  9. -Mimic Sound, Smooth Talker, and Con Artist are all just refluffed bluff checks. They all need replacements.
  10.  
  11. CLERIC:
  12. -Mend needs a secondary effect that has actual mechanical impact.
  13.  
  14. KNIGHT:
  15. -Grapple may need adjusting
  16. -Quake should probably be buffed slightly
  17. -Cavalier is useful as a skill, but fluffwise makes no sense as it doesn't actually grant you a mount or require you to be mounted to utilize it.

  19. MAGE:
  20. -Astral Projection was originally automatic. It should be returned to being so.
  21. -Magic Bolt is awful and needs a complete reworking.
  22. -Energy Orb is also awful
  23. -Storm Bolt is overpowered, but seldom used
  24. -Orbital Strike requires actual rules determining damage and wait time
  25.  
  26. NECROMANCER:
  27. -Enfeeble is OP, needs adjusting
  28.  
  29. PALADIN:
  30. -Nothing needs changing
  31.  
  32. ROGUE:
  33. -Backstab should specify weak targets
  34. -Disguise should be buffed to be as effective as Changling Shapeshifting [EG: Does not require higher DCs for more specific disguises]
  35. -Sleight of Hand is another example of a skill anyone can do RP-wise, it has no mechanical benefit.
  36. -Master Thief is the same as Sleight of Hand
  37.  
  38. SHAMAN:
  39. -Natural Elemental's Decay Form should be tweaked to be more unique from Earth Form.
  40. -Moment of Peace either needs a replacement skill, or a lower Recharge. Pausing combat for both sides for one turn is not worth 3 skill points.
  41.  
  42. TRACKER:
  43. -Perfect as is
  44.  
  45. MONK:
  46. -Stance of the Bear and Stance of the Cross are very mediocre, while Tiger Stance is GOAT. The skill itself isn't weak, but thats only because Tiger Stance more than makes up for the two near-useless situational stances you get with it. May need tweaking.
  47. -Soul Punch's use should be clarified [EG: Is it auto/instant before you attack, does the bonus only apply to normal attacks, etc]. Its critfail feature should be removed, given its essentially a nerfed Empower Weapon, which is the same price in SP.
  48. -Mountain Spring Style is 3 points and yet is literally just Workhorse, a 1 pt racial, tweaked slightly. It should be buffed somehow.
  49.  
  50. SMITH:
  51. -Sharpen's once per combat feature should be removed.
  52. -Fortify is shit
  53. -Tinker needs slight buffing. Its almost another example of those 'skills that are just fluff with no mechanical bonus'.
  54. -Innervate's critfail feature is too severe, should be lowered to the number of turns, not twice the number.
  55. -Engineering is again, another example of a skill that is all fluff with no mechanical utility.
  56. -"Possessed" is a useless weapon tag, as its pure fluff, and doesn't even let other people talk to the weapon.
  57. -Mech Minion is arguably the strongest skill in the entire game, but since its seldom abused, I do not recommend changing it.
  58.  
  59. SUMMONER:
  60. -Conjure Minion should summon creatures with just hits, not H/W. 2/2 is stupid for HP
  61. -Rejuvenate shouldn't grant +1 to attacks for minions
  62. -Aether Charge is confusing and possibly OP [EG: If you can cleave spells. There is an entire multiclass that lets you do just that]
  63. -Horde is OP. Who thought this was a good idea? Its literally just Pet Mastery on steroids. Why do summoners get so many more pets than other pet based classes, like Necromancer?
  64. -Summon Esper is unbelievably overpowered. In fact its the single most overpowered spell in the entire game. Its HP needs to be pure hits, and its SP has to be set AT CHAR GEN, NOT AT FUCKING CASTING. You should NOT be able to get nearly any combination of 2 skill points just because. Fuck that noise.
  65. -Boost is OP and retarded
  66. -Avatar is hilariously overpowered. It should get you the skills from ONE class, chosen at CHAR GEN.
  67. -Eidolon is OP. Toughness should not be able to be taken multiple times. Piercing Blows needs clarification
  68.  
  69. MULTICLASSES:
  70. -Glorify should be recharge 3
  71. -The Good Word is another useless "just fluff" skill
  72. -Overconfidence should be auto/instant
  73. -Hustle is useless
  74. -World Warp is the same as Orbital Strike. A good idea, but needs actual rules
  75. -Earthsong should be buffed to be a plant equivalent of Animal Mastery, and shouldn't take penalties in 'urban environs'. In fact, it should probably just outright be fused with Treant Whisperer, which shouldn't have a 'no talking' clause.
  76. -Despair needs actual mechanics
  77. -Echo of Death OP
  78. -Wardance needs actual rules
  79. -Whirlwind should be clarified to function like Dance of Blades, not benefiting from buffs, etc.
  80. -Snake Oil shouldn't add to recharge
  81. -Healing Pain should probably be buffed
  82. -Animal Totem's War Totem should be changed to +2 hits and +1 physical attacks
  83. -Calm Until Provoked should be changed from "Can take never an offensive action until hit" to "You gain this bonus after the first time you're hit in combat" or even "The first turn of combat"
  84. -Soul Return should cut out the fluff on the second part of its skill, and include rules for possession. Cool skill, needs more specifics, because it could arguably be Reincarnate+Resurrect, albeit with more steps, if used right.
  85. -Mechanical Limb needs tweaking
  86. -Triage needs to be nerfed to healing 2 wounds on a crit
  87. -Healing Hammer should be automatic, and should be "The next time you damage an enemy, one ally is healed by that much"
  88. -Miracle Grow sounds hilarious, why does no one use Miracle Grow?
  89. -Sacrifice needs more clarification
  90. -Hex is confusing and weird. Should probably be changed.
  91. -Armed Ally shouldn't convert your weapon to a -1
  92. -Conjure Weapon is literally a shittier Ethereal Weapon. Needs changing.
  93. -Visibly Unarmed is shit, the same effect can be gotten simply by being an unarmed fighter or a mage.
  94. -Grave Strike needs more rules specifying how more corpses equals more damage
  95. -Treasure is complete shit, needs a whole new skill
  96. -Ninja Flip slightly underwhelming, needs tweaking.
  97. -Hope for the Fallen is more useless fluff shit
  98. -Necromachines is worded oddly.
  99. -Death Puppet needs more mechanics.
  100. -Cursed Arrow needs more mechanics/tweaking
  101. -Brotherhood is the second most OP skill in the entire game, it needs a drawback, or it needs to go.
  102. -Assassinate is overly complex and fluffy, and ends up being useless.
  103. -Brand's PvP effect should also apply against NPCs. Random and chaotic effects and critfailing on spells
  104. -Anima shouldn't be once per combat, it should be a permament minion with weak stats
  105. -Autonomous Weapon is shit, needs tweaking
  106. -Wooden Sword is arguably the weakest skill in the entire game. Should be buffed by making the created weapon masterwork
  107. -Harmonize is confusing and weird
  108. -Hourglass is hilariously overpowered. Seriously, who let Khaz play game designer?
  109. -Stalwart is hilariously overpowered
  110. -Portal is literally Teleport 2.0. OP, needs to be nerfed.
  111. -Raise Ancients is OP, the created minions have way too much health and are too strong.
  112. -Double Team [refluffed] plus Reflect is hilarious. You hit the wrong hat! MIRROR FORCE, DEFLECT HIS ATTACK!
  113. -Blink Strike is dumb, you can't specify enemy reactions to a skill in the skill.
  114. -Merge is highly suspect, but I think may actually be balanced.
  115. -Otherworld Connection is weak and does basically nothing.
  116. -Eye of the Beast is trolling at its finest.
  117. -Miasma needs a time limit
  118.  
  119. Haven't reviewed Alchemist or Racial Doc yet.
