Melanie Clarkson Noel Eather

This report here  https://imgur.com/YaiiQZM  among other false information filed by Noel Eather on behalf of Melanie Clarkson is has been exposed for what it really was a fraud upon Allen Texas law enforcement.

In one of the bogus complaints made to the Allen PD, it was stated that harassing emails and threats were sent from an email belonging to Mrs. Pillutla as CarolynePillutla@gmail.com  To help disprove this false allegation, assistance was sought and obtained from Mr. Klein and a subpoena was issued to Google to locate any IPs associated to the aforementioned gmail account as well as the associated recovery email of JacksonAlves1971@live.com There is a video proving that is the recovery email for the fake gmail account and here are screen shots https://imgur.com/ldtO9XM

If it was a fake subpoena, Google would not have responded to it and yet they did. The IPs returned went to Sydney Australia (as seen on the example so thoughtfully provided by the admin of this here blog) and established that the CarolynePillutla@gmail.com account had been set up by someone in Australia back in 2010 by someone seeking to impersonate Mrs. Pillutla. Such impersonation is a felony in the USA in the State of Texas. Quite ironic considering that Melanie Clarkson and Noel Eather falsely accused Mrs. Pillutla of committing crimes when in fact the crime of impersonation and knowingly false police reports had been committed against Mrs. Pillutla.
The JacksonAlves1971@live.com account had the IP address of 60.225.74.65 as seen here   https://imgur.com/Xj6539R from a data dump of the RWA blog. That same IP of 60.225.74.65 also went to AussieDiva@live.com as seen here    https://imgur.com/snrtpOQ As it turns out, AussieDiva@live.com was the email account for Tammy Whichelo of Syndey Australia another fat bitter frustrated Kate Gosselin hater. Thus Tammy Whcielo is the individual who established the fake CarolynePillutla@gmail.com account.

What’s most interesting is that Jennifer D’Alessandro claims the CarolynePillutla@gmail.com email account had never been used as seen here  https://imgur.com/In0C20r This raises an interesting question, specifically exactly how would Jennifer D’Alessandro know this unless she was in communication with and coordinating the set up and smear of Mrs. Pillutla. It’s certainly no coincidence that Mrs. D’Alessandro sent an unsolicited harassing email to Mrs. Pillutla just days before Mrs. D’Alessandro phoned in a bogus complaint about Mrs. Pillutla to the Allen PD. That bogus complaint in addition to Noel Eathers bogus complaint resulted in the PD showing up at Mrs Pillutla’s door.  Mrs. D’Alessandro attempted to impersonate another woman by the name of Barbara Humphries on that unsolicited harassment email as seen here   https://imgur.com/RKFSdAK  That IP address goes to Buffalo NY and to Jennifer D’Alessandro   https://imgur.com/0ja9GiA Barbara Humphries the woman Mrs. D’Alessandro was impersonating does not live in NY. Mrs. Pillutla was not the one sending unsolicited emails to harass others. However Jennifer D’Alessandro was. D’Alessandro then had the gall to complain to the PD that she was the one being harassed while conspiring with others to file bogus complaints to set up Mrs. Pillutla with her own police department.

Despite what Vincenza Spina the disbarred attorney from New Jersey claims, it seems that some gentleman did in fact have a very close personal one on one conversation with the Allen PD presenting said facts above which in turn resulted in Allen PD realizing they had been used by Melanie Clarkson and Noel Eather and others.

After realizing what had actually happened, the Allen PD closed the file on the entire mess and knows better than to  bother Mrs. Pillutla any further. They are now wiser and know the truth, that Mrs. Pillutla was the victim of a coordinated set up and smear campaign.

And that is what really happened.
