i had some pictures of my spouse on my netbook peppermint filesys

and some of them just disappeared but before they disappeared a screen shot was done while some of them were open so part of one of the file names was preserved

when i did a search for the image file i did not find it but i found a bunch of files of an unknown type "over 2,000" that some of which were some how relevant to the missing image files

as i analyzed the info contained in these unknown files looking at them with text editors  feeling like i was getting no where at one point i opened an image file in a text editor and saw the info looked sorta like the info in these unknown files except part looked amiss so the part of this particular unknown file type i then deleted saving a new copy of it as jpg thinking maybe it would give me back her .jpg or .png or whatever it was instead of doing that the file type went from unknown to maria which is her name though her name did not appear anywhere in the file
