You get a report from another player in global chat. The reported player accused by „Hacking“ instantly tries to hide his hacks.As Helper you spectate his lobby.
He has not pressed tab and has therefore no information that you spy on him.
Explain in detail what your first things would be to do once you start spectating his lobby.Use all methods you want to use (restricted: Forced Screenshare)
