No, there are too many difference between Staff. As I said before, we are not equal in alterIWNet Staff, especialy Regional Moderator. I have one sentence which I find be the
best to describe a staff/team: "All staff members must be equals and can share the same ressources". By this sentence, I want to say all staff must have
the same right on bansys (it's totaly unfair that Reg Mods have not the right to ban people). Same thing about 'Core Staff' (haha), as said before, we are a Staff
and I don't understand why Reg Mod should not have the same access as 'Core Staff' (There is a 'Core Staff' sub-forum, don't lie about it please...).
I know my message will not have an impact on your idea about moderating. But, for me, who is in alterIWNet Staff since early 1 year, it's unfair that I can't
win your confiance and I can't have an access to the 'Core Staff' sub-forum...
I want to add, I don't understand what is exactly 'Auxiliary Staff' is. 'Auxiliary Staff' members have more right than Reg Mod and maybe some Tech Support guys.
But maybe I'm wrong, for me 'Auxiliary' is a member who can access to the Staff section because he was in the Staff before, but he can't moderate anymore.
Maybe I'm wrong...

Yes, even if sometimes I'm not agree with you about some moderating powers (but you are the boss).

Another thing, which is totaly off-topic with your question. I realy want to discuss with you about the fact I really want to have access to the 'Core-Staff' sub-forum.
As said before, in 1 month, I will "celebrate" my 1st year in alterIWNet Staff and I never did any fault. I never heard an administrator or a member saying that
I'm not a good moderator. I think you can trust on me. I tried to become F-Mod 6 times and denied 6 times after this sentence: 'I'm searching for a new F-Mod and
you are on my wish-list'. 6 times I heard: 'Finaly, I won't...'.
So if you are against my integration as F-Mod, okay, but I think I deserve 'Core-Staff' rights (only 'Core-Staff' sub-forum).
