	> If Castform is faster, SW Swellow turn 1, then double target Pelipper turn 2
	> Swellow does 17-21 (WA), 12-15 (QA)
- Winona: If Perish Song, switch on Tropius immediately
	> Pelipper does 16-19
	> Skarmory does 17-21
	> Skarmory is an 88% range in Torrent

MAGMA HIDEOUT
- Super Repel upon entering (run-into-bike manip Hiker)
- Mud Shot Poochyena unless saved Strength PP
- After third trainer:

- Anabel 2: CM until +3 or one higher than Raikou, Psychic+Psychic, DC, Psychic until dead, send in Metagross, Explosion
	> If Latios dies to Raikou, kill it with Swampert, then switch to Metagross and SB+SB, then double switch and explode

BATTLE FRONTIER
- Buy Quick Claw
- Bike to the Battle Pike

BATTLE PIKE
- General notes:
	> When you check, you should be looking to avoid battles with nostalgia (or whispering if you have only 1 Pokemon)
	> If you don't really want nostalgia, don't check!
	> Always check final room (nostalgia = free time save)
    > Kill wild Sevipers if it causes a heal to be possible
- Lucy 1: Psychic, CM+CM+TB, Psychic+Psychic (if Latios dies, Meta and Swampert generally beat Milotic)
- Lucy 2: Psychic, CM+TB, Psychic+Psychic+Psychic (if Latios dies, Meta generally beats both, and Swampert beats Steelix)
- After exiting, bike to the Battle Dome

- Start checking teams in round 3

- Greta 1: Psychic, DC until dead, SB
- After 6 rounds:
	> Remove Metagross' Choice Band
	> Give Quick Claw to Metagross
	> Remove Swampert's Leftovers
	> Give Choice Band to Swampert
- Lead Metagross in rounds 7-8
- Greta 2: Explosion, Psychic x2
- After exiting, Fly to Lilycove

LILYCOVE CITY
- Delete Calm Mind from Latios
- Delete Shadow Ball and Explosion from Metagross
- Fly to the Battle Frontier and bike to the Palace

BATTLE PALACE
- Lead Metagross in all rounds
- SPENSER 1 MANIP:
	Frame 1: Kill Crobat (Confuse Ray into crit), kill Slaking (EQ into crit), switch to Latios for on Lapras and 3-turn it
	Frame 2: Kill Crobat (Fly into boost), switch to Swampert + EQ (Swagger), switch to Latios to kill Slaking and 3-turn Lapras
- SPENSER 2 MANIP:
	Frame 1: Switch to Swampert (EQ 129), OHKO Arcanine (ES 94), die to Hyper Beam, send in Latios, 2HKO both Slaking and Suicune
	Frame 2: Switch to Swampert (Protect), OHKO Arcanine (ES 135), switch to Latios, 2HKO Slaking, DC Suicune once, switch to Metagross, finish Suicune with 2 EQs
- Spenser 1 (if manip fails):
	> Keep Metagross in until confused or wrong move is chosen (but switch on Slaking EQs)
	> Save Swampert for last against Lapras (because Water Absorb)
- Spenser 2 (if manip fails):
	> Kill Arcanine with Swampert, then let Swampert die and start with Metagross
	> Use Metagross+Latios to kill Slaking (switch on every attacking turn)
	> Use Latios+Metagross to kill Suicune
	> If Swampert survives Slaking's turn 1, switch to Metagross-->Latios at the first good opportunity (usually Yawn)
	> Keep Latios in if you get Yawned and still have the Lum Berry
