  1. I know I discussed this at length in a recent Friday morning meeting but I get the feeling it didn't quite get through which is upsetting so I will lay out some numbers for you.

  25. Now I will stop and tell you that at this time Mike and I have no plans of laying anyone off and we are doing everything we can to make that revenue back up, so that is not your concern, it is ours.

  29. Again though, I will stress if you are not staying busy and or learning something here that benefits Cerdant then we will be making a call on whether to keep you around. I will stress again what you are learning must benefit Cerdant as well as yourself.

  35. We are a security company that manages SonicWALL equipment; 9 times out of 10 you should be trying to learn more about networking, security and SonicWALL products. If you aren't doing that then I would suggest you change course immediately.

  39. I will also again tell you that if you are not busy and need something to do then seek me out because I will point you down a path that people will question less.

  43. I want everyone to stay here and I want everyone to be happy here. I will tell you this, if you are unhappy then bring that to my attention and I will try and resolve it; if you don't then it is your own fault that you are unhappy. If you don't then you will continue to be unhappy until you move on. I will also tell you that I won't have employees that have bad attitudes and start to bring other people down. I am trying to build a team of people who really want to be on the bus instead of those who are daydreaming about finding another ride.
