Eli grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. Life was rough, as violent crime was rampant. He attended school here till he was 18 and was always at the top of his class. After graduating high school, he emigrated to America. He attended college for 8 years, pursuing a PhD in Philosophy as well as a teaching licence. While in school, he developed his Buddhist beliefs. He then taught elementary school children for 12 years. After the bombs dropped, he was forced to flea his former residence and now wanders the Earth, living off the land, and helping people whenever he can.
