- This document is the affirmation of the alliance between the kingdom of Stella and the Nation-state of Brookwing.
- The nation-state of Brookwing is to be formally recognized as being the area of land, as of this documentation, as being formerly under the control of Brawn Ironside and his armed forces, and currently under the control of Zyzmic as official leader backed by his own armed forces, and that the area may be granted new control via succession or appointed leadership only by command of the current leader, any claims outside of blood succession or appointment by the current leader of Brookwing will not be recognized as a legitimate claim.
- Until such a time that the alliance is discovered, both nations agree to keep knowledge of such an alliance secret to a reasonable point to prevent such a discovery, though knowledge of the non-aggression pact may be made public to all.
- As of the writing and agreement of this document, trade between the two nations will also remain secretive when possible, via routes in the area recognized as the border between Stella and Brookwing, though if discovery and information does get to other nations, tribes, or forces outside of the two nations, open trade is both permitted and encouraged.
- To reveal the secret without permission of both nations and without making every reasonable attempt to keep the secret may be seen as a breech of the alliance agreement.
- This agreement may be amended at a later time by an additional signed document by both nations current leaders.
- When one nation calls for aid, the other nation must respond with haste in a reasonable time period, to provide supplies/military enforcement/diplomatic services/Ponytarian aid/requested miscellaneous aid. A denial for the purpose of maintaining secrecy is acceptable, up to but not including majority or complete destruction of either nation. Any attempts to deny requested aid outside of the secrecy clause, or scenarios where the secrecy clause is used without need to block aid requests is subject to scrutiny by both nations, in the event that aid requests are blocked for petty or unreasonable reasons more than twice in a row this alliance may be withdrawn. "Reasonable" issues may need to be proven with documentation, such as a ledger that shows lack of resources, a forecast document that shows a possible hardship in the near future, movement documentation that shows no viable routes to move supplies without discovery, lack of recent two-way trade, and any other such documentation that shows or tells why an aid request cannot be fulfilled at that time.
- Both nations agree to have open communication with one another, though communication directly between the governments of both nations must be secure, by magical or practical means.
- The leaders of both nations agree to allow the possibility of polygamy or multi-way marriage, marriages in one nation must be recognized in the other, including marriages with families from both nations.
- In the event that both nations extend to the coast, fishing rights may blend up to three kilometers before that nations army may intervene to escort the boat(s)back to the seas of their country. Both nations will recognize a sea claim of up to at least seven kilometers from both coasts, though this may not need to apply to other nations, tribes, or groups.
- Air rights are to the border on land of each nation; any accidental crossings without prior authorization may be escorted out by aerial military units.
- Both nations agree to allow legal execution according to the laws of each nation to determine the guilty party. Any attempts to prevent a legal execution of law, up to an including a death sentence, may be seen as a breach of the alliance agreement.
