Hello @everyone! As we're going into mythic we should set some ground rules. Signups Signing up at least 24 hours in advance is required to join a mythic raid going forward. Please set your status to declined if you can’t make it. Post in discord if you have to change to status within 24 hours of the raid, or if you are unable to use the in game calendar before the raid. If you sign as tentative, please change your status to accepted or declined well ahead of the raid. Or post in discord. Signing up as accepted and not showing up without letting us know is very disrespectful (exception is of course force majeur). If you keep doing it you might lose your raider rank. Signing up is important, if we don’t have a group people shouldn’t have to show up and wait to see if we get the numbers. Please sign up or decline, it’s respectful to the whole raid group. Also, if you did sign up, do show up on time and do actually show up. Hopefully we can build up a bigger roster and/or build up a group of friends we can pug from. If we are lacking just a few people we might be able to go anyway. -----------------------------------------------------------------------
Consumables and gearing
Bring your own runes, flasks and suitable potions.

If you need other food than feasts, bring your own food.

Please bring back up food in case we are out of feasts.

Doing world quests for bacon and sending to Zaiyra is appreciated.

Please look up appropriate gems and enchants for your class

Doing your weekly +15 for 960+ loot is a easy way to improve your gear, and +15 is easy these days. (insert Nike slogan here).

Loot Master loot is unfortunately not possible to use in a non guild group. We'll use personal loot going forward. ----------------------------------------------------------------------
Preparation and rotation Please read up on, or watch a video of the boss we are progressing. We don't expect you to know the battle by heart, but having a rough understanding helps a lot. If you have the time, look at videos for a few extra bosses if we get the current one down. Check the logs from our runs and see what you can improve in your rotation. To improve, read your class guide on icy veins, paste your logs on wowanalyzer.com. Or post the logs in a class discord. Roster
Since mythic is fixed size, we sometimes have to bench people. This will be decided depending on raid composition and previous performance. It’s nothing personal if you get benched, just keep signing up and improving.

Memes and gambling
We don't want to lose our guild spirit, but between pulls on mythic progression we focus on improving our tactics. Before the raid is starting, in breaks and during trash (unless tactics are discussed), we can unleash the memes and the gambling.

Recruitment and trials We need to have a few more people than the slots available. Right now that means a few more healers and a few more ranged (depending on how active people are going to be). If you happen to run across anyone who wants to join, poke an officer!
-------------------------------------------- Raid times Raid times are: Wednesdays 20-23 Sundays 19-22. This means you can sign up for multiple raids at a time if you know you can or can't make it. You are expected to show up at least 10 minutes ahead of time so we can pull at the time the raid starts. Tell us on discord if this is not possible.

Addons You must have at least these addons installed for mythic progression: Deadly Boss Mods or BigWigs for timers etc Weakauras for certain boss timers (Eonar) Exorsus Raid Tools For synced notes for certain encounters with click orders and similar (pods, paraxis etc)
