Because the purported footage we are shown from the "ISS" is indistinguishable from footage that has been composed of many briefer segments of genuine micro/zero-gravity that have been cleverly stitched together and masked by way of glitches, cuts, edits and pans it is not surprising that we can be shown hour-long "ISS tours" and 30 minute "ISS interviews" but not ever 3 minutes of simple somersaults.

Such as an "astronaut" clowning about doing a full minute or two of somersaults (traditional or "standing spinning on the spot") or two astronauts simply playing a game of ping-pong for longer than a few minutes.
