  1. Honorable []
  2.
  3. My name is not of importance, I am just an observer of the Cryptocurrency space since the days the individual known as Satoshi Nakamoto has released his white-paper and discussed the technical aspects of his invention with other interested parties on a small forum known as bitcointalk. And since the day the first so called alt-coins got released and sold as unregistered securities, to be precise perpetual pre-ipos, outside of any form of regulatory regime, without any concern for those that invested in them, I am concerned about where this space has gone, but never spoke up, thinking that one day the authorities would find the time and courage to act as for what they were elected to do, protect the stability and balance of their nations.
  4.
  5. Satoshi Nakamoto was the only one who did it right in my opinion and never sought monetary or other nefarious goals with his invention, never exploiting personally anybody. He only wanted to solve a technological problem; the problem of how to use communication networks (the internet), to securely transfer a token from one individual to another, without the involvement of a centralized third party.
  6.
  7. He succeeded, with all the good that came from it, as all the bad, like it always is with new inventions. He made the right decision, from my perspective, to disappear after his invention was used to fund Wikileaks, an operation, that at one hand revealed occurrences that were concerning, but at the other hand also cost many good men and women their life, for which the spokes person of that operation currently is being held in custody and faces justice.
  8.
  9. Satoshi Nakamoto disappeared and left his invention in the hand of everybody who wanted to keep developing and using it in a true decentralized fashion, and only briefly reappeared when the media harassed an old man they mistook for the inventor of Bitcoin, to protect that individual from further harm from vultures, showing again the honest and honorable nature of the pseudonymous inventor of bitcoin, in contrast to other parties in this space.
  10.
  11. All those that came after Satoshi Nakamoto, never were concerned with technological advantage, and if so, just used it as a pretext, to on the lower end fill their pockets with money by stealing from others through various means or on the upper end were interested in power, competing with
  12. nation states, to remove power from the hand of the public to their own greedy private sector nefarious hands, endangering stability and balance of nations.
  13.
  14. One of the most notorious of those has until today been the so called "eth """foundation""” ", a common enterprise founded in 2015, by regular criminals and crooks to defraud the public and try to gain power, money and fame.
  15.
  16. That "foundation" fortunately made many mistakes and seeing, that Congress, the Senate and the Security and Exchange Commission finally, after 7 years found the time, to do their jobs, has filled me with great pleasure and hope, that justice will be served in the end. Unfortunately this common enterprise of criminals seems to have used the corruptibility of humans to try to steal itself out of responsibility; and I am displeased to see that chairman Gary Gensler of the SEC hasn't named this common enterprise of criminals yet in his attack on a space of non compliant fraudsters, to protect US citizens and investors from being defrauded and exploited, while endangering the stability and balance of the United States of America.
  17.
  18. For this reason, I write you today; as after watching the committees of your nation discuss the phenomena of "digital asset" in public, has seemed to be until now, to put it bluntly a single shitshow, filled with a lot of members of the committees, that have often no idea what they are talking or asking about, having their own political and financial interests instead of the interests of the public in mind, questioning people that are supposed to inform them, that have as well only their own interests and pockets in mind, and don't waste a moment to think about the stability and balance of your great nation.
  19.
  20. What I would love to see being discussed is, that tokens like ethereum (ETH) as other tokens as well, that followed all a similar path, of being used as investment vehicles in so called Initial Coin Offerings (ICO) and Initial Developing Offerings (IDO) (the "premine" or creation of tokens out of thin air) by common enterprises of criminals and conman, to raise initial capital from investors to fund the development and marketing of their so called “decentralized” networks, and continuously have been raising capital with tokens they still control, in what is the prime example of an continuous unregistered security offering, more precisely, a perpetual pre-ipo, to keep developing their networks, far outside of what they and others call "decentralized".
  21.
  22. Examples of such continuous sales of unregistered securities by different common enterprises have been numerous over the years, and have been used not just to fund the development of the so called "decentralized" networks but also to most likely to bribe representatives of the public; which other agencies have to investigate further down the road.
  23.
  24. I really strongly urge therefore, that Congress and Senate remind chairman Gensler to take action, while he is at it, against that common enterprise of criminals known as the “eth foundation”, before other representatives of the public, that are personally invested in that criminal enterprise legalize it and make it impossible for any representation of the public to end the continuous defrauding of investors, as the facilitating of fraud, scams, other criminal activity on this network and the destabilization of the United States Of America as the world.

  28. As the inventor of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto, I would prefer to stay anonymous; I am neither a citizen of your nation, nor do I have any hidden financial or other motives, my only motive to write to you is the concern about the stability and balance of planet Earth and ending an attack on its stability by the private sector against the sovereign people, before it goes any further as it already has gone.
  29.
  30. Sincerely
  31.
  32. Anon
  33.
  34. P.S: Beside the common enterprises of criminals and conman that raise capital with "tokens", representatives and executive bureaus need to have a look at so called "stable coins" which are all, without exceptions, attempts by the private sector to defraud the public and investors by repackaging US Treasury bonds in an attack against your nation.
