In this example the edit is both obvious and undeniable (I am glad you are not disputing it). *In other examples the edits made by "NASA" are done to appear perfectly seamless with perfect continuity and no easy, obvious or intuitive way to know it has even happened.* If "NASA" are faking footage of "astronauts" aboard the "ISS" then that is exactly what would need to be done. If the "ISS" were real then there would be no need to do this.
