Steam Hijack Scammer

Chats with two profiles took place at the same time. One of the profiles, Minion, is the account of a friend I have known for a long time, and I presume the account was hijacked. Below is the chat I had with Minion, followed by the chat I had with the scammer/hijacker.

The fact that the profile that wrote that comment was previously called "pybro", the fact that the backpack is the backpack of a low tier trader scammer, the fact that they used improper grammer in the "official message", points to a total scam. Also they are trying to get me to add (and probably give information to) this Oliver profile.

Fluttershy in Sockies: I was simply using avaiable tools to review the history of items. Since each item has a unique ID, that ID can be easily tracked without the use of any proprietary software. If the same ID is found across multiple profiles at the same time, then the item is considered possibly duplicated. Duplicated items themselves are not illegal by any means. The act of duplicating items or the act of knowingly endorsing duplication is what is banned.
Mr. Oliver: Okay if you believe that all your item is clean then let me verify it.
