Asian Progressives

It's transparently hypocritical, petty, opportunistic, and I would even add greedy or chauvinistic to the list.

I mean, they pretend the social perceptions they face are on the same level as the economic issues blacks and latinos face (I am being a progressive for the sake of argument here), when half the perceptions in question are positive. Patronizing maybe but certainly more positive than what minorities in Asian nations face. Which is where the hypocrisy comes in, they care more about demonizing the white majority because they benefit from diversity than bringing social justice to places which "need it".

And tellingly their complaints would vanish if they went back to Asia or lived in an Asian society. Suggests what they really want on some level, the respect they think they deserve (as if they're not newcomers even). It's an upwardly mobile and perhaps even expansionist strategy on a group level as well as individually
