So I'm a minor and I'm very new to the region. It's snowing right now, and I can't drive in the snow. My grandparents sure as hell can't drive me to work in the snow. I'm almost certain that I'd get into an accident if I got on the road because it's so bad. I tried calling in my boss, but she's off so I had to call someone from HR. All I got was a "what are you looking for?" and I requested the day off and he hung up on me. I called again and he asked me "what do you want?" and I once again explained that I can't drive in this weather. He hung up on me again without another word. So I'm guessing that means that I have to go to work DESPITE the fact that I have no way to get to work because:
a) I can't drive in snow (I'm from the South so I've never seen snow up until this point)

b) My grandparents can't drive because they're old and can't see as well.

c) I'd rather not get into an accident because my family is already poor as it is and I'm already in poor health

Not to mention that they're giving me ridiculous hours, knowing damn well I'm in school. My grades have gone from straight a's to almost failing since I've gotten the job because they make me work so late and I have zero time to study. I've requested earlier hours but they refuse to do so because "Are you kidding me, Slow? You know we already scheduled you!" "You're one of the few people in our department and we need you" or threaten to write me up or fire me. At this point, I'm ready to quit and find somewhere else to work because this is getting out of hand. I don't mind working at all. I'm okay with that, but making me work until 10 pm on a school night nearly every night is fucking ridiculous. c'mon now
Rant aside, should I quit or stay with this job?

TL;DR - boss won't let OP take off even though the weather is horrid and they don't pay me enough to be able to afford insurance and/or medical bills if I get into an accident because of the weather.
