Isra hums happily to herself, tilting her head from side to side as Sakamoto works. Periodically she stops to pluck a piece of Pikachu stuffing from her hair.

Looking at it up close, there DO seem to be a few wires leading from the...whatever it is to the door(they're popping out of the walls so really it's a wonder why you had to look so closely), but the actual box doesn't have any buttons or outward controls on it. Something resembling a breaker box door sits on the side of the machine, and opening it reveals a ton of frayed, haphazard wires in all sorts of colours which you may not even be able to see as a cat.

Sakamoto:
"Oh well *hic* GREAT, it has to be one of THESE things. Let's see, we have to carefully, carefully deactivatt he right wire or else...or else..."

Sakamoto:

"Or else what?"

Sakamoto:

Some of them could be the right wire...others might lead to things like poison gas containments in the walls. Hypothetically

"Basically if we do this wrong, we all flibbity floopin die."

"But don't worry, I'm pretty sure Epsilon can send out a wi-fi signal upon destruction that contains a limited amount of our consciousness so our bodies can be collected and we can be cloned from our DNA. And then try this again."

You'd have to check which wires lead where(and where they come from) somehow to determine what order to cut them in, or if you should cut them at all or do something like short-circuit or overload them instead. You'd need to discover whether there's a deadswitch to any non-cuddly outcomes, and if so, deactivate it or them, before doing anything else

Armand:
because a deadswitch = if the wire is cut, any wire, bomb goes boom

8 Percep, I guess

Armand:
Going through the walls, you can trace the wires to their destinations. A few lead to the door, including exactly none that are sticking out of the wall. Good thing you didn't snip those. However, some wires lead to the top of the door, some to the bottom, and some snake around it. The ones that go around it are reinforced, the ones on top are coated in heavy rubber, and the bottom ones are piping with electricity.

Cleaver:
Cleaver floats out of the box and points at the loose wires, shaking its hea-ohright, the fog that makes up its head distorting as if to say "Don't cut those ones. The Tachama floats up to where the the heavy rubber wires are and pretends to bounce like a rubber ball. Following that, the gost Pokemon traces the outline of the reinforced wires, pointing at the Golett and pretending to flex its "muscles."

Cleaver:
Finally, it points to the location of the bottom wires, floating over to Six. The smaller Pokemon lands on the other ghost, rubbing its head causing sparks to fly every which way as the larger ghost attempts to shake Cleaver off.

Six:
"L-lass! Teslass! Tes, tes!"

Sakamoto:
"I understand perfectly now!"

Sakamoto:
"Okay, it seems the ones we want to deactivate are the heavy rubber wires, the reinforced metal ones, and these dangerous electric wries. What an amazing security system!"

Epsilon:
"....how the hell could you tell that from THAT?"

Isra:
"It was quite obvious...besides, they're both Pokemon, remember~? Teehee~"

Epsilon:
"I'll never understand these air-breathers..."

Sakamoto:
So I'm gonna guess all those wires are at least visible inside of this box right

He just kinda crushes them until they're neutralized; if they're a little more sturdy than that, then he just tears em out much like the reinforced ones

Fair enough. The rubber ones get cut clean through, with no ill reactionm and the electrical ones buckle pretty easily. When Toshio rips out the reinforced wires, however, the light atop the door turns red, and begins to flash while an alarm sounds..but, since most of the wires are taken out effectively, the door still opens. A little. It'll be a tight fit for the humans, but crawling under should be doable...

Sakamoto:
"Eh, good enough. Let's move."
Thrice:
Probably gonna have to return the Golett and release it on the other side - crack's only about 2 feet high

Isra:
"Aww..am I really gonna have to get my skirt all dirty again going under that stupid old door...? That's no fun..."

Armand:
"...I'm glad I'm used to crawling through air ducts somehow without making any noise whatsoever, or this might discourage me."
