FMP Manifesto

    Manuel, over the past year, has developed its own separate culture and way of engaging with the game of Space Station 13, separate from the LRP community on /tg/station. To date, there have not been any headmins who have spent a considerable amount of time playing on an MRP server. As a result of not having policymakers that have gained an understanding of the MRP environment through participation in it, Manuel currently suffers from policies that are not the best fit for an MRP server. This situation will likely not improve because MRP players and MRP-oriented admins constitute a considerably smaller portion of the playerbase than LRP players and admins, meaning they have less influence as a whole over who the headmins are.


    Manuel deserves policymakers or a policymaking system that reflects the desires and wants of the players of Manuel, with MRP players at the head. By the governance of people more familiar with MRP environments, Manuel's policy can shift to better create an environment that fosters good roleplay and good roleplayers.


    Towards this end, the Free Manuel Party will put forward a player candidate for headmin whose goal will be to bring about structural change within the policymaking system for the better future of the MRP and LRP communities within /tg/station.
