  1. Judge Dust 2 (Dice)

  3. Haru:

  5. 6/10, I think you do around the bare minimum of collecting documents with a bit of added chaos to buy yourself time to do so. The dialogue snippets about needing to interrogate Oliver after is a neat touch though.

  7. Oliver:

  9. 7/10, The framing of the strategy as a scientific method was decently put together, although I think the framing could use some more work in the third section as the link feels a bit tenuous. The opening speech does a pretty good job of embodying a scientist though. There are a smattering of other tidbits like using blood to trace Haru’s trail and create a deductive path, but I think some of these details could be better framed or highlighted through the strategy.

  11. Judge 2Fort (Flame)

  13. Haru was tasked to embody a reporter, and Oliver a scientist. For Haru, nothing too exciting has been done except routing through for documents and some smaller flavor things here and there like that on making the earwrap a mask if needed, getting her a **5**.
  14.
  15. For Oliver, BOB’s jojolity methods are more noticeable: Oliver doesn’t just state he is protecting the documents, he explains why they are important and shouldn’t be made public - and does this while explaining why having just broken a bunch of beakers and equipment doesn’t matter as much. From a logical approach in the strategy to quite frequent flavor that fits neatly within the strategy as a whole (they even put the scientific method steps as the section titles!), I believe this earns a high **8**!

  18. Judge Blood Gulch (Cory)

  20. For Haru, the length of the strat unfortunately doesn't do many favors here. You gathered some documents, did some interviewing, nothing here is too crazy or especially focused on. A 5!
  21.
  22. As for Oliver, I appreciate the rough theming of the strat around the scientific method (even if Hypothesis and Experiment don't 100% match, the effort is fun). There's some investigation sprinkled throughout, and you may be one of the first players in the tournament to actually figure out what an opponent's stand does in-universe in...ever? I mostly kid, but its still a fun aside. A 7!
