last will not flipping

"Last Will" will be renamed to "Notes". When a player dies, their "Notes" will not be shown to other players. Additionally, the font size will be reduced to allow for more information to be added, and the background page can be made lighter to make the text more readable if necessary.

[b][u]This change has been made to prevent:[/u][/b]

- Evil roles being scared of killing those with information and players being discouraged to share information in day chat. Having a Last Will, especially for [color=#00BF00]Town[/color] [color=#00BFFF]Investigative[/color] roles, encourages them to keep information to them self which is not what the game is about. Evils should be able to take advantage of a lack of information sharing from [color=#00BF00]Town[/color] [color=#00BFFF]Investigatives[/color], but at the moment they cannot.

- Roles such as [color=#00BF00]Jailor[/color]/[color=#00BF00]Escort[/color]/[color=#FF0000]Consort[/color] outing [color=#808080]Neutral[/color] [color=#00BFFF]Killing[/color] roles such as [color=#0000FF]Serial Killer[/color] and [color=#8080FF]Butcher[/color] by posting the name of the roleblocked user in their Last Will. Now, the [color=#00BF00]Jailor[/color]/[color=#00BF00]Escort[/color]/[color=#FF0000]Consort[/color] will simply die without outing [color=#0040FF]Serial Killer[/color] or [color=#8080FF]Butcher[/color].
