So basically after hearing about G4's Robotic leg's idea (considering that goblins were a highly technologicaly advanced race) I thought it would be possible to add that into the game, even if it sounded incredibly stupid at first, but anyways.
Since I first needed a NPC to, well, "give" Robotic legs to the champion, I started designing one, but since goblins were almost completely corrupted by Lethice having a goblin give them to the PC would be almost impossible. So i decide the NPC was born a goblin but got heavely mutated to another race in order to not get captured to lethice after the goblin's fall, converting himself into a Tiger-morph and started living in the Glaciar Rift (Mind that I was thinking about the Revamp Mod's Area, since it's mostly desolated and almost completely safe from corruption).
I decided to make him non sex-able since first, he almost devoid of any kind of corruption, and second, because he would be too invested in his experiments to care about sex or anithing lewd in general.

For the robot legs part, he would ask the played to help him with some experiments he was realizing at the moment the player encounters him, the player could accept right away, queston him about the experiment or just refuse. If questioned he would reveal he wanted to create a robot army to attack lethice forces, but the robots nedeed a kind or energy to support them from powering down, so he wanted to experiment on the PC's body to see if "magic" would be enough to support and keep the machine working (the reason he calls magic like that it's because in truth despited magic for making his own kind into dick-sucking sluts and, I quote, "for making people forget the true objective of live, to advance, to create, to innovate. Their magic makes them feel like they don't need to create new things anymore, and I won't accept that") The Legs themself would be irremovable by normal methods and would work both as a body part and as pants, they would give the played a great boost in speed and evasion, and decrease the PC endurance for a bit while increasing the minimal fatigue since they use the champion's magic to work. Since they are kind of permanent, the player wouldn't be able to change lowergarments at all.
I though of making him also a item seller, but the only think i can see him selling are Tiger TF's, Wolf peppers and some kind of armor tbh
You could also increase your intelligence from him by talking to him about the sibject of machines and wasting 4 hours of your day since he is so entusiastic about "his little babies", you wouldn't learn too much of him if you were low on intelligence tho, since you would find his lectured to be quite boring and end up sleeping trought the whole thing.

He doesn't believe in magic, nor he wants too, and he wants to be as much away from lethice as possible, why would he be in HeXinDao

also to remove the legs would be as simple to become a goo person and the keep using the Tf until your body engulfs and destroy/take them away and grows goo legs
I have the headcannon that poeple in mareth live longer than normal people, like the oldest person would be 140 or so
if not, he would become just some daddy material (jofc)
