[/b][font size="5"]According to the New Bloxton Police Department and leaked Intelligence files from the New Bloxton Agency, both agencies claim they specialize in vigilantism and are considered a highly dangerous group of individuals. They tend to avoid killing officers, but if provoked enough, they will not hesitate. Their goal is to keep the streets "clean". Most faction members are part of the NRA, and uphold the Second Amendment.[/font]


[font size="6"][b]Why are they called Night Jackals?
[/b][/font]
The captured Jackal we captured wouldnt elaborate much, so I will use my personal speculation on this. According to the wikipedia, a Jackal is a a " slender, long-legged wild dog that feeds on carrion, game, and fruit and often hunts cooperatively, found in Africa and southern Asia." In this text, we know the Night Jackals are a group, they "hunt" cooperatively. The "food" they feed on is the criminals. I'm also assuming the night part meaning they operate mainly in the night as well. This is pure speculation from my part.

[font size="5"]We have acquired information on a man that may be the leader of the Night Jackals. His name is David Williams, aged 33. A real menace in the community of New Bloxton. I assume he's going to be a menace in Bloxell as well.

[b style="font-size:xx-large;"]Where is the vigilante faction located?[/b]

[font size="5"]According to our intelligence, the faction originated in New Bloxton, but they have permanently spread to the state of Bloxell. Reasons are unknown, but we speculate due to their financial history, they've come to Bloxell due to the lower costs on firearms, and other equipment. Intelligence analysts have found out they operate around, possibly in Bloxdover, mainly because the city has a high level of crime. We've located them using credit card history. The faction has caught on to our tricks, and have most likely started using cash for purchases. We believe they have operations, or may spring their operations into Coal County or Bloxell City.

How do they treat criminals?[/b][/font]



[b style="font-size:x-large;"]According to a former member of the Night Jackals we captured and interrogated, he claims, and I quote in text " all Jackals only go after coward bitch criminals that commit serious felonies.[/b][font size="5"]Vandalism is excluded. Murder, Robbery, Assault, Assault with a deadly weapon, Vehicle Homicides, Kidnapping, Rape. His name is classified. Placed in Bloxwanago Bay  for suspected terrorism.[/font]

He invites citizens to a subdivision called Hyenas.
