  1. It really is a novela but it's cool...lol.

  3. As far as the questions go. What you state here is probably applicable for any religion. I'd imagine most of them would push people away if they "went in" on the belief too hard for a person that doesn't understand. But in return it's entirely opinonated on how the other person would handle it. Personally I'd rather have my question answered than jumped around, because then when I see you jumping around it makes me feel like you can't confidently answer my question....which obviously looks worse for the person trying to answer the question. If you really do feel a person can be taken aback by the more informative answer then you can simply state what you said before hand to reassure them that you're not simly trying to steer them in a direction as opposed to just answering the question. With that said this is specific to each case but for that specific youtube vid. I don't think he went about the answer well. It's the kind of answer that would leave me with more questions for his response and in turn his own character for answering that way.

  5. As far as the mistakes thing goes, I still don't really agree here as the evidence suggests otherwise. Your rebuttal to this was the mention of the perfect plan, but imo you could argue is it really perfection if it had to cull mistakes in it to begin with?

  7. As for what you're saying is a direct answer I don't specifically think it is. He doesn't directly answer why there are other religions. Like you said he just essentially stated people are allowed to believe in what they believe in, but beliefs are a process brought on by experiences as well as what you're taught and these people didn't learn these beliefs and practices from nowhere. There has to be something that influenced them in the directions they took. And with some religions differing so much in practices from christianity it really has to make you wonder who is choosing correctly as the same things apply to Christians. Obviously some people are just going to blatantly not follow it but he speaks as if that's for everyone when it clearly isn't that simple.

  9. And tbh if the people are to blame for other people not understaning then where does all of this fall in terms of religion and whether what you do is right for god or not? For the ones that don't follow Christianity I can imagine listening to some things might feel wrong as well.
