A (probably) Offical Hell Hierarchy chart.
Lets assume the Von Eldritch family aren't on the list since they're Outer Gods and thus not under Hell's jurisdiction.
That could possibly mean that Seviathan and Charlie dating was something encouraged by their parents since both Lucifer and (I assume) Nyarlathotep both would have something to gain from it. Like how Nobles in the ye olde days would sell of their daughters to other nobles in exchange for wealth and power.
Thats just my two cents though.

It also helps add to my theory that the Extirminators aren't actually sent by Heaven but by the Eldritches in an attempt to overthrow Hell.
Mainly so we don't have to have another "Heaven but they're actually bad" plot.

Sinners and Overlords are somewhat outside of Hell's hierarchy. They're technically above imps, hellhounds, and other hellborne, but that's because those two are naturally subservient to higher demons.
Since they're ghettoified in the Pride ring, whilst the others are present in all of Hell, you cannot really put them into the same hierarchy.

It's not torture as we know it, like eternal torture. I think the torture comes from who you live with, i.e. your neighbours, your physical form, what you do for a job. I'm sure many demons are happy being in Hell, but the torture isn't exactly being chained up for eternity.

You don't have to worry about killing the perp since everyone is immortal. Just blow up the entire apartment complex and fish out the suspects corpse.
