New Rider Concept

Concept: I read about Ultraman R/B once.

Main heroes:
Kamen Rider Zian: Younger brother, in blue. Smarter but kind of an insufferable kook.
Kamen Rider Zenta: Older brother, in red. More level-headed but hot-tempered.

The Rider Brothers use the same type of driver and collectable, but they use them slightly differently and it has different effects for each brother.

Kamen Rider Zell: Middle sister, in yellow. Acts as the anchor to keep the other two goofing off.

Zell has a unique driver, but uses the same collectables.

Main villains:
CEO of big corporation who's obsessed with Kamen Riders. He engineered the big problem so he could make his son a Rider and a hero to boost his own publicity. May be influenced by something darker.

Kamen Rider Dark Decade (Still workshopping the name):
CEO's son. Idolizes old Riders, but hates the modern ones because they don't live up to his ideals of what a Rider is. Pulls a heel-face turn and becomes Kamen Rider Keez, in black.

Keez gets his own unique collectables.

Other characters:
Grandma of the siblings who runs a cafe or graphic design place.
Confused local police sergeant who isn't very good at his job.

Tsukasa Kadoya/Kamen Rider Decade: Shows up because of Dark Decade. Talks shit about destroying the world, but really just wants the brothers to step their game up.
- I want to kind of explore Tsukasa as a character despite not liking him at all. Maybe reveal he doesn't want to destroy worlds and looks for ways they can be saved first?
Daiki Kaito/Kamen Rider Diend: Is here to steal shit I guess. Encourages the sister to become Zell.

Form ideas:
General aesthetic unclear atm. Do want some kinda glossy/shiny effect like Build's armour.
Not sure how to make the "different" gimmick work.
- One gets weapons/modules, the other gets straight form changes?
- Swappable modules akin to the Joint Change of Kishiryuu-Oh?
Each brother gets a "berserker" form. Zenta gets an Amazon-esque fire-themed form, Zian gets a Black Hazard-style ice form. These two then combine with another item to become Kamen Rider Chroma.
Zell and Keez get their own upgrades as well, not figured that out yet.
Final form is a three-way fusion between Zian, Zenta and Zell.

Movie-exclusive form ideas: Build or W-themed fusion form? Maybe both?
Four-way fusion involving Keez?

Scenes:
- Zian and Zenta bantering as they fight and swap power-ups.
- Dark Decade nitpicking everything about the brothers.
- Burning Zenta beats the utter fucking shit out of Decade and nearly kills him.
  - This isn't an excuse for me to hate on Decade - the villains use this as publicity to point out "Those riders suck, ours doesn't!"
- Zell fights Dark Decade and proves an even match.
- Zian vs Diend over a powerup.
- Decade looks at Zenta and goes "good colour choice bro"
  - Decade talks with a down-in-the-dumps Zenta about why he does what he does. Tie it in to the current story - Decade knows people don't like him, but he knows what he does is ultimately good, so Zenta should think the same way and not let negative press stop him from making the right choices.
  - Final battle against Dark Decade with Zian, Zenta and Zell with support from Decade and Diend. Final Form Ride is first debut of Kamen Rider Chroma?
- CEO hates cake but eats it because damn it Kougami ate cake!
- Keez dies maybe?
