When I try to update my client, I get the error:
The update has not been installed. The process cannot access the file "F:\UserFiles\BASG\GameServers\TC44447130756666831310837\craftbukkit.jar" because it is being used by another process.

Right now, the server is down. Anyone trying to connect gets the error "Connection refused: connect." The people using my server are urging us to switch hosts because of these constant issues.
