The user name and password for the dedicated server control panel is the same one you created to access your billing portal.

Server information is listed from within the dedicated control panel, please see our knowledge base on accessing your server for the first time. The server can also be remotely rebooted from within the dedicated control panel.

Please include any necessary information to provide you with faster service, such as a description of the problem / or assistance needed. This will speed up the support time by allowing our administrators to immediately begin diagnosing the problem. Please note that our servers are self-managed and any additional support may incur a fee.

NVMe Drives
=============================
A NVMe drive will be installed only if the motherboard supports it. If a motherboard does not support NVMe onboard, a SSD will be installed.

10 Gbps Ports
=============================
Servers ordered with a 10 Gbps port will need to schedule a time to install a 10 Gbps NIC. A tech will contact you within 48 hours to schedule an install. Alternatively, you can open a ticket with support (https://support.reliablesite.net/) to schedule an install.
Additional IPs
=============================
All additional IPs require justification per ARIN regulations. If you ordered additional IPs, please follow these instructions:

Additional IPv4 and IPv6 addresses for dedicated servers can be requested directly from within the dedicated panel. To request additional IPs, please follow the instructions below:

1. Login to the dedicated panel.
2. Click into the details of the dedicated server you would like to request additional IP space for.
3. Scroll down to the "Server IP Assignments" section of the page.
4. Click the "Request Additional IPs" link.
5. Select the type of IP block (IPv4 or IPv6).
6. Fill out the form.
