It was ruined because of the flame wars you were having with others,
as well as the flame wars I had with Kris, MAMP, Uselesscrab, and many others.
By allowing people on this server to insult one another, you'll make this server go towards the same direction that Halanced Backmons did.

Ambiguous rules aren't a good idea either,
as it can lead to bias, or accusations of bias, when moderation is done.
For example, look at what happened with pazza today.
Some might argue that what he did was too much.
Others may not.
Rules should be fair and clear-cut.
