[FFXIV] Healer Cross-Role Lightspeed / Swiftcast Suggestion

Please consider the following change in preparation for the Cross-Role system in Stormblood:

Lightspeed → Available

Lightspeed will be changed as follows:

Current
Reduces MP cost for spells by 25% and cast times for spells by 2.5 seconds, while reducing damage dealt by attack magic by 50%.

Update
Reduces MP cost for spells by 25% and cast times for spells by 2.5 seconds, while reducing damage dealt by attack magic by 50%. Additionally allows one Resurrection spell to be cast instantly. Detrimental effect "Aetherial Fatigue" will be applied once a Resurrection spell is used, and disallows another Resurrection spell to be instantly cast. Detrimental effect removed upon exiting Lightspeed.
