Removed AudioFX due to it not working properly with our wolfson chip
Enabled multi-window by default
Enabled multithread decode for the boot animation (Should make it smoother)

Hopefully fixed Screen casting
Enabled wifi display drm support
Removed the slow/fast charging dialog on the lockscreen (We do not have fast charging)
Updated a bunch of video and audio configs so those should all perform better
Enabled ALP Audio for MP3's

Current bugs:
Little lag spikes usually after watching a video
Only partial gps support due to GPSD being disabled (It errors out a ton and lags the system)
Mobile Data (Calling/Texting work)
