- Back lever progressions training:
- 3xprogressTo20s german hang hold
- 3x5r skin the cat
- 5xprogressTo10s back lever hold (tuck -> adv. Tuck -> half full -> full) alternate with
- 3x5r back lever lifts (whichever i can) every workout
- Front lever progressions training:
- 3xprogressTo20s scapula hold
- 3x5r front lever pull (whichever i can) + negative down
- 5xprogressTo10s front lever hold (tuck -> adv. Tuck - > one leg in one leg full -> straddle -> full)
- 3x10 front lever pull on bar with res. Bands
