Ace Combat 7 - CreamAPI Guide

Here is a guide on how to get the DLC planes early on PC. Below is the guide including all of the steps necessary. It's a very quick process.

First, make sure you have the update downloaded. Then, you're going to want CreamAPI. Originally, you would need to register for an account on cs.rin.ru to download the program. I have downloaded it and reuploaded it to mediafire so that you do not have to go through this step. Here is the link:

Now, your browser and computer may flag it as a virus. There is a forum post on cs.rin.ru that explains why this is a false positive and that there is no virus included in the zip file. The link to this post is provided below:

Once you have the zip downloaded and extracted to a folder, now you need to install it.

1. Navigate to the folder that "steam_api.dll" or "steam_api64.dll" is located

2. I have a Win64 installation, so the location to this file is steamapps\common\ACE COMBAT 7\Engine\Binaries\ThirdParty\Steamworks\Steamv139\Win64. This should be the same location for a Win32 installation.

3. DO NOT OVERWRITE THE FILE. You will want to rename the existing "steam_api.dll" or "steam_api64.dll" to "steam_api_o.dll" or "steam_api64_o.dll"

4. Use the folder "nonlog-build" in the "CreamAPI_Release_v3.4.1.0" folder

5. Drag the "steam_api.dll" or "steam_api64.dll" and "cream_api.ini" from this folder into the folder of your original, renamed "steam_api.dll" or "steam_api64.dll". Your folder should look like this:

Now, edit "cream_api.ini" with a text editor. Follow these steps:

At the top of the text file, you will find "set appid = ". Enter "set appid = 502500".
under "DLC handling" paste this:

929106 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - Season Pass
929105 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - Music Player Mode
929104 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - 8 Popular Squadron Emblems
929103 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - F-4E Phantom II + 3 Skins
868310 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - ADF-11F Raven
868311 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - ADF-01 Falken
868312 = ACE COMBAT™ 7: SKIES UNKNOWN - ADFX-01 Morgan

This should give you the three upcoming DLC planes and will also retroactively add the rest of the premium/exclusive content to your profile.
