So after one round of voting and applying bonuses we have.

3: BB, RWBY, Junko
2.5: Saberfaces, Ann,
1.5: Miia,
1: SAO, Schez, Liz, 2B
0.5: Sakura
0: Fairy tale
-1: 02

Finishing on an impressive negative score, 02 is eliminated first. Fair tale and Sakura are then eliminated shortly after as no votes can be transferred to either. SAO and Schehezerade, Liz and 2b are the first tiebreak that might matter. However, out of the two votes between the four, neither can transfer to either of the tiebreak choices so all are guaranteed to be eliminated.

In fact, both of the votes were transferred to BB, so Miia is eliminated next.

The scores now look like this...

5: BB
3: RWBY, Junko
2.5: Saberfaces, Ann

Saberfaces and Ann are next tied, neither can transfer votes to the other so are eliminated. There are three votes between them, BB picks up one and RWBY picks up 2.

The scores are now

6: BB
5: RWBY
3: Junko.

Junko is eliminated. Both her votes are then transferred to BB. Meaning BB is the clear winner!
