Firstly, terrain. You have a small amount of land terrain, which isn't really helpful for your plot. As your plot is mostly made up of lava, it's hard to show the terraforming skills that we like to see! You've made no terrain apart from small hills in the corners of plots, which isn't exactly too skillful. It'd be a nice idea to expand on the terrain - add more to it, and more variation to the layers. You could also mix some other block types in with the netherrack, like red clay/soul sand etc.

Secondly, organics. You have none. It's always nice to see some form of organic on a plot! This can be something like a tree/a person/an animal etc.

Lastly, structure. The structure you have is way too flat and lacks all the depth and detail. It may be a good idea to start out with a frame. This allows for easier placing of detail.

You'll also want to change up the palette a little. It's all made from one block type! You could use some others, like coloured clays, stonebrick etc.
