  1. Ace Tier:
  2. Toad (Has a trumpet/hammer, various forms of slime he can pop from his warts, can summon infinite amounts of frogs, and can create different deadly games. He's also fat, so he's a perfect Warlord set)
  3. N Ma (Tentacles, the ability to eat magic and time, and mostly generic energy attacks. Could still definitely work, and could possibly make an amazing set)
  4. Garim the Gremlin (Stretchy limbs, a variety of hands, and teleportation powers. Could make a fun trickster set)
  5. Meemy (A powerful sorcerer who basically has all the powers the Magiranger do, but better than all of them. Workable, but an actual playstyle might end up being hard to work out)
  6. Yeti Zee (Ice powers, as well as being strong. Has the power to use the weapons of two other villains after an upgrade. Hockey theme is fun)
  7.
  8. Pretty Good Tier:
  9. Samurai Shichiijuurou (Has different levels of power for his sword, and can cut the metaphysical bonds between people and objects. His sword is his true form, and can possess people)
  10. Gorgon (Can summon an infinite amount of snakes, and can turn people bitten by the snakes into stone. Can also transform into a giant snake/naga, and has her own alternate dimension)
  11. Belbireji the Incubus (Minion set with Spider. Drains souls from opponents to have spider do a spirit bomb. Works, but fairly paint by numbers. Could make the set more interesting with use of the spider's powers, and his general characterization)
  12. Kirikage the Ninja (Generic ninja set, but its better than nothing)
  13. Vancuria (Could have generic vampire power set, and being able to split into two people could work maybe?)
  14. Cyclops (Has a sniper rifle that makes people disappear, and can hide in reflective surfaces. Could make a good Mind Games set)
  15. Drake (Has generic sword and thunder abilities, but also has a dragon form that could add into the playstyle)
  16. Mimic (Transformers set)
  17. Fungus (Slowdown based AoE attacks)
  18. Skeleton (Curse effect, would have to be toned down from just instantly killing someone, and regeneration powers)
  19. Sleipnir (Kind of a generic warrior set, but its still workable. Has the ability to summon a chariot with demon horses, so that's fun)
  20. Wyvern (Second mostost generic of the Hell Gods, just a good fighter who can shoot energy blasts. Could have a mechanic similar to Lucario)
  21. Ifrit (Generic bruiser with fire powers, but has a unique weapon and his fire powers are fairly exaggerated)
  22. Ghoul (Little Mac)
  23.
  24. Maybe Possible Tier:
  25. Sphinx (Has a bazooka/sword combo weapon, and can also trap people with cloth. Riddle aspect could maybe play into it)
  26. Peewee the Harpy (Sound based attacks, flight, and is capable of creating worms in people's stomachs. I don't know what the playstyle would be but she is something)
  27. Gaston the Thief (Can steal things, even metaphysical concepts and emotions. Can turn important objects he steals into a powerful bomb. Possible to do, but would have to figure out a way to do it without move stealing)
  28. Titan (Actually has a power set involving lightning and electricity, but is a pacifist. Could potentially have him as a heavily defensive character)
  29. Blob (Warlord style eating based set. Doesn't do much in the show so making anything more than generic eating would require making it an OC)
  30. Manticore (Makes people dance, marginally more amusing form of stun)
  31. Cockatrice (Power set is stone based stun. Possible, but definitely not very fun to make)
  32. Leech (Turns people into vampires. Not incredibly workable, but fun)
  33. Chimera (Generically has the powers of other monsters. Definitely workable, but super generic and not really possible to make a coherent playstyle out of)
  34.
  35. Poop Tier:
  36. Siren Neries (Doesn't do much in the episode, but has the power to manipulate silk and can sing for an attack. She can also apparently resurrect people i guess)
  37. Beldan the Behemoth (Meme villain who's power is earthquakes, but only when he hits the correct spots. Amusingly bad, but not good for sets)
  38. Branken (Generic first villain. His power set is having a sword, and doesn't have any magic. His lack of having an actual power set is a plot point. Not unworkable, but very generic)
  39. Kobold Bullrates (Mostly just smart, but has the power to transfer the souls of other monsters into Yeti Zee, giving him new attacks. Can create bubbles and boulders with his staff, but goes down easily. Is old)
  40. Dagon (Basically the main villain of the last arc, but doesn't have any fight scenes. Pretty lame)
  41. Specter (Possession based, but form used in episode is kind of a generic plant monster. Even when possessing someone, main schtick is just eating them)
  42. Stone Troll (Generic recolor of Troll that transforms into a new design and has the main mecha's powers for some reason. Still just mostly generically strong)
  43. Ogre (Generically strong, but actually does more stuff than Troll)
  44. Worm (Too Big)
  45. Gargoyle (Flight and generic strength, no other powers)
  46. Golem (Generic giant evil robot)
  47. Troll (Generic first monster, who appears for like 5 minutes and does nothing)
  48. Spider (Impossible to do without Belbireji)
  49. Mold (Good power set, but its. A Ball. Could be used as a prop for Meemy)
