  1. Escaping from Nostvale was no joke. But it didn't seem to be all that hard when you were the apprentice of a hellstorm user.
  2.
  3. It didn't take long before they appeared in the grasslands that he was familiar with.
  4.
  5. Boom!
  6.
  7. Red lighting fell from the heavens and struck the earth as the appeared out of a crater. Both exhausted and drenched. It wouldn't take long before Kyrian feel to the ground tired. In which Cyano seemed unfazed by as she told him that she needed to go ensure if her daughters were okay. In which he had no problem with it.
  8.
  9. "Okay. . ." he said as she disappeared with another flash of a red arc.
  10.
  11. Sitting on all three's. Kyrian would grab for his wooden sword-cane as he pulled himself up with strain. It wouldn't take him long to start his walk towards the city known as Danarium.
  12.
  13. He could no longer protect himself as a one legged wolf. So his best bet for survival was the city. But as he marched on over towards the city.
  14.
  15. A figure who approach him in the distance. Causing him to stop in place as he watched the image draw closer and closer.
  16.
  17. As the sun was blazing brightly behind him. It made it impossible to figure out who it really was. So Kyrian would just stand there in wait. Hoping for that it wasn't Arilma. The one who threatened his life multiple times by now
  18. (Kyrian Hayes)
  19. Krosious and his new companion Sven had spent three months in the Sarab. They had to traverse carefully as there were many threats still lurking within the young Ookami's life. Still being hunted by the Cathedral, or so he thought, being hunted by whoever it was that took his brother Kyrian and a few particular individuals. However, near the end of the third month Krosious had perched himself high upon the wall and was scouting out the Black Gate. As he sat there for hours and hours he saw a sudden arch of dark red lightning. The boy only knew one person with such magic. Cyano.
  20.
  21. Without even telling Sven where he was going Krosious tore off toward the Northern Prarie Grasslands. His only hope was that it was indeed Cyano as well as his eldest brother, Kyrian. The Hayes ran nonestop, pumping mana through his body as fast as he could manage. In what seemed like no time Krosious had entered the familiar hills and quickly caught the scents of the area. His hope had been made into a reality. His brother was indeed in the area and not too far.
  22.
  23. With another mad dash towards the direction Krosious came to the peak of a bigger hill and casted his concealed gaze toward the area below. As he scanned the area the Ookami caught the sight of his brother. Standing there for a moment, as if in shock, Krosious finally began to make his way toward Kyrian. Reaching an area close enough his brother would see a heavily concealed being. Even their scent was hard to find due to the sand and dirt caked to his attire.
  24.
  25. Reaching first for his hood he lowerd it and then grabbed the wolfen mask that still concealed his face. Pulling it from his face the male tucked them away then looked at Kyrian.
  26.
  27. "Brother."
  28.
  29. He said.
  30. (Krosious Hayes)
  31. Watching his brother appear infront of him today. Drew Kyrian into a slight pause as he stared at him heavily. What was to come of this? His last reunion with Krosious he didn't remember to well. So he didn't know how to react but to just stare at him and say
  32.
  33. "Hello brother. . . ."
  34.
  35. Kyrian's appearance was far worse though as he now was missing his left leg. His clothes were ripped to shreds as his body was laced with scars. He was basically half naked as he stood there in the midst of his brother. His neck was sore and showed marks of being compressed as he had wore an anti-magic collar which canceled him out of any way of using magic. He showed pure brutally as even the hairs on his back was shinged off.
  36.
  37. He just looked like a big mess. But that wouldn't stop him as he looked at the ground then weakly towards his brother.
  38.
  39. " Heh. . . . I never thought of the day that I would look this beaten huh?" he said playfully. But in his voice was weak.
  40.
  41. He would take a step forward whilst using his cane. To only reach out for a brotherly hug with his free hand as his other was used to balance him.
  42.
  43. "Where's Lucas. . . "
  44.
  45. (Kyrian Hayes)
  46. What Krosious saw infront of him was something he did not expect in the slightest. He had no idea the brutality his brother had been put through. With a downward gaze the male felt that it was his fault. Krosious knew that he should have stayed and faught with his brother that day but instead he did not. The guilt had been eating away at him for a while.
  47.
  48. However, he had made a vow to himself to find his brothers no matter what. He had to make his wrongs, right. Looking back up when Kyrian spoke, Krosious looked at his brother and took a step forward to embrace his elder brother. A tight hug was given to Kyrian while Krosious listened to him speak and ask the questions he had.
  49.
  50. After a moment he released Kyrian and looked him in the eye's.
  51.
  52. "The last I knew of Lucas' location was somewhere close to Nostvale. I have sent him letters but they have not reached him, or at least he has not been responding. Brother, I am sorry for what has happened to you. This is my fault in all. Come, let me help you to the den."
  53.
  54. As he finished up Krosious moved and offered to put one of Kyrian's arms around his shoulders.
  55. (Krosious Hayes)
  56. Hearing such hard words befall Kyrian made him him feel in such a way that couldn't merely be explained. Lucas. Was somewhere near to Nostvale? The last time that he saw him was in Frostvale? And he was just in Nostvale. So why had he not saw of him?
  57.
  58. "Wai-. . . what do you mean that Lucas was in Nostvale? I just left that bitter place. Your telling me that he's still there?" he said with utter confusion and a bit of enragement.
  59.
  60. It wouldn't take long for him to start shaking as he remembered of the tortures of that forbidden place. In short. He even remembered that a Kaor had thought of him to be Lucas. Which didn't make him feel any better.
  61.
  62. Clenching his teeth, he stared with hatred towards his brother as he tried to control his emotions as to not to lash out as his youngest brother.
  63.
  64. "Tell me . . . . . how is it your fault . . . ." he said as his body was trembling. He just needed a reason. An excuse even. To not lash out at his brother right now. Even if it was a lie. Just something for him to control his rage that rumbled deep inside.
  65.
  66. Waiting there. For what seemed like hours but it was only seconds after Kyrian had spoke to still awake an answer from Krosious. Depravity would soon start to linger in the air. Forming a cloud around the two. It would become thick and intense as he remained there to soon stare at the ground. He didn't want to even stare at his youngest brother as he didn't know what he would say. He didn't want to go to the den. He didn't even want to move. If Lucas was suffering in that hell hole. Was he even still alive. Kyrian had been through so much since he's been there. What possible could be going on for Lucas. . . Was he even alive?
  67.
  68. Emotion was building up inside of himself as he stared heavily towards the ground. Gripping with all his might at the hilt of his cane-sword. The wood would begin to waine as he continued to hold back his rage. But depending on how he would act later. Would be all up to Krosious
  69. (Kyrian Hayes)
  70. "That was a few years ago. I sent him a letter, like I said, but he never responded. I have searched for Lucas but I have not been able to find him. The last I knew he was in or by Nostvale, but that was back before the last war."
  71.
  72. Taking a moment to look at his brother, Krosious knew that he was angered. There was no denying it at that point. The youngest Hayes triplet knew exactly why his brother was mad, Krosious had simply left him there to fend for himself against a Kaor and two lunatics. Taking a moment to just stand and observe Kyrian, Krosious knew that it might boil down to a fight. That in mind the Ookami shifted his standing poise and let his fingers roll a few times.
  73.
  74. He did not want to have to fight Kyrian but if it came to it then Krosious would draw his blade against his brother just the once.
  75.
  76. "I left you there to defend for yourself against those things. I don't even consider them people so I will not call them so. I did not want to risk my life for some Ookami that I barely knew. I should have stayed, I know that now. I cannot express the sorrow I have, brother. If you do not want to forgive me then so be it, I will not try to force you Kyrian. I only want to reunite our family, to prove myself to you and Lucas."
  77.
  78. Krosious began to gather a bit of mana through his body as he felt the heavy cloud of depravity leak into the area. What happened to Kyrian in his captivity, Krosious thought but did not openly ask. He knew that there were only two ways this encounter could go. A fight or forgiveness, either way Krosious was ready.
  79. (Krosious Hayes)
  80. "Huh. . . " Kyrian said softly as he continued to stare at the ground. His body stopped shaking as he would begin to chuckle a little bit.
  81.
  82. Why was this happening to him. It was like whatever good came his way. Something worse would come by and take it all away, and now. It was happening again.
  83.
  84. Time and time again. Kyrian had tried to forget the day that Krosious had left him. Each day that had passed he would come up with new excuses to give himself. For him not to remember the day where his brother left him for dead. Then ontop of it he left Lucas alone aswell. . .
  85.
  86. "What kind of brother are you . . . ." Kyrian called out towards Krosious with utter hate.
  87.
  88. The anger that vibrated off of him in dangerous waves as he began to start after Krosious .
  89.
  90. "How. . . HOW DARE YOU!" he roared to the top of his lungs as he finally raised his head and gazed towards Krosious. Staring him dead in his eye.
  91.
  92. Kyrian would start foward after his brother but come to a fall. Only saving himself from falling head first as his cane-sword was there to hold him. But remembering that he had the collar off as now. He would once again attempt his try at the unique ability. Focusing all his control on his mana circuits. He screamed out towards it, having his mana pumping inside of him heavily, only to flow outside of him and cover him in an aura. The mana was once again flowing from within as well as outside. Keeping it flowing in an external matter. It wouldn't take long for him to lash out towards Krosious with his free hand, which was extended with his claws. His mana would copy the exact move. But Krosious was just to far, and Kyrian was using the method way to recklessly for his attack to connect. So as Kyrian's extension of an attack shot out to Krosious. It came out to barely nick him on the cheek. If not at all before returning to his body.
  93.
  94. Kyrian would then fall to his knees for using such an ability in reckless manners as he still hadn't perfected it. That wasn't this case as of now. Soon pushing himself to a stand. Kyrian would instead focus his mana to create that make shift leg for him by creating a energentic-like leg in place of his missing left limb.
  95.
  96. Only seconds would go by as he would lash after his brother.
  97.
  98. "KROSIOUS!!!"
  99. (Kyrian Hayes)
  100. After several minutes of silence Krosious saw his brother look at him. The expression on Kyrian's face, hate. Nothing but hate.
  101.
  102. Closing his eye's and taking a deep breath he knew what was to come next. He had no idea how strong his brother was now but Krosious knew the outcome had to be in his favor, else it could end up bad with perhaps more blood shed than intended.
  103.
  104. All the while Krosious just stood in place, his gaze fixed upon his eldest brother. Watching as his brother approached his position, Krosious let his hand reach upward toward the hilt of his new blade. As soon as grasped the hilt the sword came alive as the runes eched into the metal began to pulsate. A slight rippling effect swaying around the blade as it drew upon his mana.
  105.
  106. Not shying away as the sudden extension of mana cut into his cheek, Krosious only closed his eye's for the moment. He felt as a single trickle of blood crept down his cheek and dripped from his chin. It seemed like there was no talking his way out of this one. It was brother against brother, blood against blood. When he finally opened his eye's Krosious saw Kyrian standing up on his own, a sort of leg being formed from raw mana to aid him in doing so.
  107.
  108. "I am sorry brother. I hope you know that, no matter the outcome of this."
  109.
  110. With that said Krosious drew the sword from it's sheath and held it to his side. He did not bother with taking a stance.
  111. (Krosious Hayes)
  112. Suddenly the two tore after one another. There was no holding back, in the area of sheer brute force, between the two of them. When they met Krosious felt the power behind his brother's strikes and knew that this battle was no joke. One of them was going to come out the victor, and whoever it was, was to decide the outcome of the other.
  113.
  114. Keeping that in mind Krosious knew he had to not hold back any longer. Despite how grief stricken he was, Krosious knew that perhaps even his life was on the line at that point.
  115.
  116. Suddenly swords met and an array of sparks slung off the metals as they grinded with one another. Bringing himself close to the meeting of the swords he looked into his brother's eyes and saw nothing but hatred. After only a second of looking the two seperated and the battle was on once more.
  117.
  118. The two traded powerful attacks back and forth, making sure each time to draw blood from one another. Each hit took a lot out of the Hayes brothers, making them slightly slower and slighty weaker as the battle drew on. After being delt a harsh cut to his chest, that tore through his armor and deep into his skin, Krosious drew back slightly and regained his poise.
  119.
  120. Dashing forward again he met his brother but this time dodged one of the bigger hits and readied one of his own. Bringing down his sword in a massive attack, it dug into Kyrian's body, a decent amount of blood spilling from it. However, Krosious was not uninjured from the endevor. Nay, looking down he found his brother's weapon plunged into his left side, blood oozing from the wound.
  121.
  122. With a sharp kick to Kyrian's chest Krosious sent him back and dislodged the weapon from his body. As soon as this happened the youngest Hayes triplet shot forward and drove his shoulder into Kyrian's chest. The force sent the elder Hayes backwards a fair bit, rather he fell to the ground relied solely upon Kyrian's balance.
  123.
  124. Backing up a bit the male put his left hand over the wound and watched as blood dripped from his fingers. Closing his eye's and thinking it over very seriously Krosious let his hand drop to his side as he took on a stance.
  125.
  126. "So be it then, brother."
  127.
  128. Flexing his right hand around the hilt of his blade Krosious dug deep into his mana and began to release large amounts of it through his body. His muscles growing stronger while his speed nearly doubled. A moment later and his body began to flicker with a blue outline until finally a massive roaring Energy aura lit up around him.
  129.
  130. 'Raven, I hope you are watching. I hope that no matter the outcome that I will have proven myself to you. I will learn the Ancestral Wrath and I will yearn your respect once again.'
  131.
  132. As the thought finished in his mind, only hoping that his ancestor had heard him, Krosious opened his eye's and bore his gaze into his brother.
  133. (Krosious Hayes)
  134. The two brothers would once again collide. It seemed like it was a life time ago since the two had done such a bout. When they were mere kids they used to have fights all the time, and each time Krosious was the victor. But that didn't stop Kyrian as he fought to grow stronger so he could protect his brothers.
  135.
  136. Only that this situation was different.
  137.
  138. Stabbing his sword a far amount into Krosious's side as he did him. The two were interelocked. Battling to the death it seems as the both gave it all they got. Resorting to any means of manner of winning the outcome.
  139.
  140. Only that it wouldn't be long before Krosious pounced off of his chest, causing him to be fly backwards for a couple of meters before falling to a halt. It took a mere seconds as he rolled back into a stand to face off against his brother once more.
  141.
  142. Blood dripped from his clothing as his body was marked with laces of slashes all over. He still was weaker as his brother came on top in terms of having raw strength. But it wasn't over. Just not yet anyway. . . .
  143.
  144. "So be it." he replied back to his brother as his eyes lit up with immense hate.
  145.
  146. Show him what it means to be a worshipper of Saekanis. . . Show him what happens to those who abandons their family. . . show him the true mass of destruction . . . .
  147.
  148. The words were seducing as Kyrian agreed to the entire concept of it. 'Yes. . . he did need to know what would happen to those who abandon. . . . ' he thought heavily.
  149.
  150. As he stared at his brother with a death defying gaze. He and his ancestor would become one once again. She granting him the power of her, and his alike.
  151.
  152. It wouldn't take long for an abrupt and wild aura to blaze out across the battlefield to only shine upon Kyrian and keep a tight grip on him as he prepared to lash out at his brother once more.
  153.
  154. Kyrian wasn't simply worried about testing out his techinque anymore. He was prepared to use it in any means out to win this battle. To beat Krosious, and to give him what he truly deserves. . . .
  155.
  156. This time, he would use his ability for both ultility and offensive. He had to win. . . .
  157.
  158. No. . . He was going to win
  159. (Kyrian Hayes)
  160. A heart beat would go by
  161.
  162. Suddenly the two were at it again. But only now it was much more intense fight as the two released their true powers. Two energy magi duking it out in a sibling fight.
  163.
  164. Drawing blood, tearing flesh, brusing the other. The battle was as intense as it could possibly get. But it wouldn't take long for Kyrian to soon over whelm his younger brother. Not by the means of strength. No. But rather by outlasting him.
  165.
  166. Finding an opening in his defenses as soon as he parried his brothers attack. Kyrian was lunged out with his open hand, claws extended. It wouldn't take long for him to deliever a wound great enough that would cause Krosious to stop his rebellious act and let Kyrian hammer down upon him until he felt that his brother understood the means of not abandoning your own kin.
  167.
  168. But it surprisingly Krosious was just to fast, and as he would lift up his leg and push off of Kyrian's chest once again to dodge such a fatal attack. But what his younger brother didn't know was that Kyrian was preparing for this moment, and as he lashed out with his mana. Using it as an extension of himself to harm Krosious by giving him a deep claw mark in the center of his chest. Slicing through his clothes and all.
  169.
  170. Soon to reel himself back to prepare for the last and finally battle. But it was only that using such an ability was putting alot of stress on Kyrian's body. He was more tired than he usually would be in such a battle. His breathing had labored, his breath heavier. It was taking all he could to substain his makeshift leg and still using his mana to get blows that far extend his physical reach. It wouldn't take long before Kyrian would start to trot back afer his brother. This was it. . .
  171.
  172. "KROSIOUS!!!" he roared
  173. (Kyrian Hayes)
  174. Again the two went at each other like rabbid dogs! Like two Direwolves fighting over scraps from a kill. Sparks, blood, flesh, clothing, metal, dirt and stone flew all over the area as the two tore into each other. It was aparent that the two of them were not holding back anymore.
  175.
  176. Out of nowhere Kyrian took the upper hand. Delivering several powerful and devistating attacks that took large tolls on Krosious' body. Blood spilled and coated the area in a dark, pungent, crimson red. Not only were the two feeling the effects of the battle, but so was the ground around them. Large holes were formed where they either missed or came to a meet. Deep ruts were dug into the Earth as so were massive cuts.
  177.
  178. Just as he thought he was to bring an end to the battle a harsh pain met his chest. Blood sprayed from the wound, likely coating Kyrian's arm which inflicted it. Taking a few steps back Krosious grasped his chest with his left hand. Blood leaked from his wounds just as Kyrian's did, though that time he came out with more of a beating.
  179.
  180. Taking a moment to study the aura around his elder brother's body, Krosious could sense that it was what he was aiming for. The Ancestral Wrath! Finally he had come to see it for the first time. Be it was not by himself, nay, but instead in the illest of ways. A brutal fight with his own flesh and blood. He now knew what it looked like, what it felt like and saw what it could do to someone.
  181.
  182. A new found area of respect and fear, yes fear, had been grown within the youngest Hayes triplet. He now knew what he needed to do in order to achieve such a power. When Kyrian came at him again Krosious pulsed a large wave of mana through his body and dashed forward!
  183.
  184. This was it, this was the deciding moment on who was the stronger Hayes!
  185. (Krosious Hayes)
  186. Clinching his fists so tightly that the knuckles began to pop and the skin on said knuckles began to split, Krosious knew this fight was going to be tooth and nail, literally. It was down to survival at this rate, or so for Krosious anyways. He knew that his brother would likely take his life if given the chance, but Krosious could not let that happen. He had plans in mind for the future, things he needed to achomplish. But first of those goals were to make right with his brothers.
  187.
  188. The two dashed at one another and when they met ... they met.
  189.
  190. A massive wave of pressure shot out in a large 10 foot radius around them. The pressure wave flattened the ground and even dug into it, sending large chunks of Earth from the ground and all around them. Sparks flew in their faces as plane Energy battled against the overwhelming Ancestral Wrath!
  191.
  192. The two auras battled for supremecy but it seemed at their current conditions, they stalemated. However, their combined power tore the area to shreds. The ground was scored and broken, sinking in several areas to only prove how strong the magics were.
  193.
  194. When they backed away from the test of strenght, Krosious and Kyrian dashed at one another once more. This time they both went on the attack. Kyrian lashing out at Krosious relentlessly, but Krosious doing the same. Metal met skin, bone and what have you as they faught back and forth. Krosious casted a bit of a protective shield around his body which absorbed a certain amount of damage delt to him. At the same time he casted a bit of constricting mana around Kyrian's body, the ankles, waist and chest to be exact.
  195.
  196. That said Kyrian was throwing out his own bit of magic and spells, which constricted Krosious as well. It was often said that great minds thought alike, being apart of a group of Triplets only strengthened that saying.
  197.
  198. Back and forth, back and forth, the two went until finally Krosious saw an opening. It was small but there and to use it he had to put himself in harms way. With a mental nod to himself Krosious dashed forward as Kyrian shot at him to preform none other than a strike that would have proven to be fatal. However, despite Krosious putting himself in harms way he was able to side step just enough so that the blade of his brother passed through his arm instead of his chest.
  199.
  200. Just as it did so, Krosious dug his sword deep into Kyrian's side. The force behind his attack drove the older Ookami to the ground with enough pressure to cave the ground in beneath him and send a small shockwave around them. The shockwave did little next to nothing in terms of extra damage.
  201.
  202. Knowing it was the end of their battle Krosious backed up, or rather stumbled back a few steps. It was everything he could do to keep himself on his feet and a few times he nearly fell to a knee. Whatever it was, be it stubborness or sheer will, Krosious managed to keep himself on his feet. With his left hand gripping his stomach while his right arm was hanging down, holding his sword in a tight grasp he just stood there.
  203.
  204. 'Do you see, Raven? Do you see now that I am worthy of the Ancestral Wrath? Do you see that I am not a failure, that I will prove myself to my brother's and my you?'
  205.
  206. For a long while there was a still silence between them. Krosious' aura still brimming and wrapping around his body, but it produced no sound. Finally he spoke out toward Raven once more, this time in a more pleading way.
  207.
  208. 'Please.. please say something. Anything. Please do not abandon me now... I need your guidance.'
  209.
  210. Despite calling out for Raven's aid nothing came. The ancestor stuck true to her word and did not come to Krosious. She made her demands very clear as well as her stipulations. Krosious would have to endour and encounter much more trouble and tribulation ahead before Raven would speak to him again.
  211.
  212. When he came back to Krosious cast his gaze upon Kyrian and just stared for the time. He squinted for a moment then spoke out, blood dripping from his wounds and mouth.
  213.
  214. "I am sorry, brother. But to prove to you that I am sorry I could not let you win, I had to show you that I have the strength to back up what I say. I had to show you that if ever a circumstance arises like before that I will stand my ground beside you. That I will risk my life to protect you and Lucas as well."
  215.
  216. As he finished the male had to heave his sword up and into the sheath upon his back. From there he took a single step toward his brother and waited for his responce.
  217. (Krosious Hayes)
  218. As the two would collide, Kyrian knew that he had the fightin chance. But he was being driven by raged and didn't have a clear mindset. Making it uneasy for him to keep up such a battle for long.
  219.
  220. The two would soon clash once more. Causing the earth below to tremble to their might as the surrounding area would become annaliahated as their both their powers mixed together and bursted into a wide ranged attack. Trees, bushes, animals, a bunny. All were terminated as they flew back into the wilderness and met their demise as the force they were sent back with was equivalent to the force needed to knock out a dragon.
  221.
  222. The two auras would combat each other as the combatants continued to brawl it out. Giving it all they had and no holding out. This was the fight that could end it all. Their lives, their trust, even their brotherhood. . . .
  223.
  224. It could also be the fight that could bring them together as the two continued to bash the others head in.
  225.
  226. The two would once again lash at the oter as metal met skin. Claws to bone. Hand to Hair! The two would increasing damage the other heavily, and indicating no signs of letting up their attacks. They gave it there all, and the two of them were sure to see the batle through. It wouldn't take long before long, Krosious would cloak himself in somewhat of a protective aura. One that gave him a flash back to what he saw Mario using when the two had fought. Only that this memory had enraged him even more.
  227.
  228. But as Kyrian went about hammering down on Krosious. His younger brother had planned something, and as soon as Kyrian let up for a mere second to debate about where else he should strike. Krosious let him have it.
  229.
  230. It wouldn't take long for Kyrian to become unable to move as he was constricted all around. Slowing him down and giving him the upper edge. Then suddenly Kyrian would recieve a fatal wound towards his mid-section. But not without delievering his own set of strikes as his blade struck through into Krosious's arm. But it wasn't long as his younger brother would soon be enraged and drive the sword that was stuck into his stomach down to the ground. It was just enough pressure for the ground beneath him to break as his body hit the ground as the shockwave of that attack blew away the surronding area.
  231.
  232. It would take long for the two of them to know who was the victor. Kyrian's shroud would soon fade as he looked up into the sky as he laid there defeated with a sword sticking out his stomach. His makeshift leg would disappear as he lost the circulation to keep it revovling from within and the outter parts of his body.
  233.
  234. It wouldn't take long for him to feel the cold metal of his brothers sword leave his body.
  235.
  236. Kyrian would look towards his brother as he spat out blood to his side.
  237.
  238. "Aggh . . . . . Whatever. . . . It's probably a good thing you won again. . . . If you hadn't. . . I might've just killed you. . . heh . ." Kyrian had said weakly to olaugh at the end..
  239.
  240. "heh. . . huh. . . . stop speaking so formal to me by the way. . . its annoying. . . I am your brother overall." he said with a laugh.
  241.
  242. " I'll forgive you when we go find Lucas. . . Until then. . .help me up and carry me to get some food. . . Some stew maybe? Or chicken . . maybe 'fried' chicken? . . . And don't worry about it. . I won't be getting a 'kick' out of this either. But hey. . . family right?" he said playfully as he looked his brother in the eye
  243. (Kyrian Hayes)
  244. Finally Kyrian spoke but not before he spat a wad of blood to the side. Looking down and letting out a small chuckle, Krosious soon looked again at his brother. Having already sheathed the blade the youngest Hayes brother approached his fallen older brother and knelt. It was going to take what was left of his strength and energy to hoist his brother up and take him back to their den.
  245.
  246. "Chicken sounds good, brother. As for Lucas, I do not know where we should start to look. He could be anywhere and if you did not see him Nostvale then it is obvious he is not there."
  247.
  248. As he spoke Krosious put one of Kyrian's arms around his shoulders and stood up. He let his brother's weight lean onto his body and from there he began to take slow steps toward the Wychwood.
  249.
  250. "Heh, I guess so."
  251.
  252. He replied to the bit about getting a kick out of their battle.
  253.
  254. "Come on, lets get you back to the den."
  255.
  256. That time when he finished Krosious remained silent and kept on walking.
  257. (Krosious Hayes)
