darkshines was trying to sell his molok on websites like INIT website or goons website forums. then csm summit happened and the csm was told about the fax nerfs. next by coincidence, darkshines managed to sell his molok to a corp member who then turned around and sold it to penifsmash. time passes. ccp publishes the fax nerfs. penif gets mad and feels he was scammed and whines to killahbee. killahbee then tells CCP Falcon who then goes on a vendetta and campaigns for brisc, pando and darkshines get banned because at csm summit, brisc was talking to pando over discord and killahbee and the judge saw him talking to pando over his shoulder. brisc wasn't leaking anything to pando, but ccp jumped to conclusions and assumed he did jumping to conclusions again that he must have also leaked fax nerfs to pando who told darkshines. this is why the one blog post from ccp talked about banning electronic devices during sessions. ccp management took ccp falcon at his word, without falcon showing any evidence and banned. later when everything blew up, falcon was unable to show he had any actual evidence other than the word of killahbee which was just relaying the word of penif smash. init was able to prove that darkshines was trying to sell the molok well before the csm found out about fax nerfs and ccp never had any actual evidence that brisc leaked that info to pando or dark. it was all on the word of ccp falcon.
