  1. [14:10] The demon spent hours perfecting his craft. Runes were becoming his specialty, Seeing as how Irkalla told him to study them he would do just that.
  2.
  3. Keeping a small Blank Grimoire with him at all times as he wrote down the runes he created in the book using his own blood to activate them. The pages were worn and withered and yet they served their purpose for now as a medium for the Demons Magic.
  4.
  5. Words were drawn in the sand, Layers of Magic Circles with intricate patterns and designs all deemed for different inactions the demon could use while battling. Each having their own cause and effect variation.
  6.
  7. To a normal Demon that fought merely for violence and bloodlust perhaps this method of battle was overly complicated but For Eugo this was merely the beginning of accomplishing greater feats.
  8.
  9. The circles stacked and layered atop one another gathering into a nexus before expelling a powerful burst of occultism. The demon celebrating its accomplishment in organizing such powerful runic circles. However he had a nack for this it seems.
  10.
  11. His vision would then come into contact with his Mistress Irkalla seemingly as she had been spying form him from the brush of the Dreadwoods, The demon was more than surprised to see them there and its reaction said as much.
  12.
  13. "Ah....Mistress....I see you've finally come back...I have been practicing as you see. I am able to draw my runes to some degree yet in my lesser stage controlling dubious amounts of Occult power is still beyond me..." The small creature echoed.
  14.
  15.
  16. Yet the demon didn't lose resolve over this and perhaps learning more about the runes the Ascended Demon used would aide them. "I believe my biggest weakness with my rune style is that It requires such a long cast time to activate and draw these elaborate structures."
  17.
  18. Eugo would point towards the rune circle he scribbled into the air. "However....Should I access the full potential of Chronomancy....Casting times will be exponentially less of a burden towards me." The creature smiled having already thought of multiple ways it could improve upon its own unqiue style of battle.
  19. (Eugo La Ravias)
  20. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  21. [14:16] "There are a few practical limitations in place for activities such as those... The more one seeks to control. The harder it becomes." With a few nods of the head, the ascended thought back to the runic structure shown by the lesser before. "As demons... We've no need to make use of, symbolic. Magics... Less we are wielding them in some attempt against humanity. Though, our primary means of casting is. Cognitive Control."
  22.
  23. Raising a hand, tapping ashen locks with a single finger.
  24.
  25. "As you continue to expand your knowledge. It is never uncommon to fall back on your foundation. To this day... I still rely on the simple things, if only... As to ensure I do not forget. Yeah? Most tend to assume they need not look to past knowledge to proceed forward. Yet most times? What one aspires to do? Has been done already."
  26.
  27. Such were the ways of magic, despite the infinite potential. At times. Some genius's thought alike. "Regardless... Your progress is noted. I had been given... Advice. Sometime ago. They'd suggested. Improving ones own desires, having them reflect in said magic. For example... Summoning. Yes? The stronger an image as to what one desires to be captured? A higher chance of success arises."
  28. (Irkalla)
  29. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  30. [14:28] Eugo nodded taking into account of the Ascended words how it would require him to learn from the basics, Symbolic magic was the type humans often used to draw upon their emotions to ignite the flames of their mana to take the shape.
  31.
  32. However Demons needed not use such methods, They could cast based on their logic and the true nature of the world. Merely by their imagination. And with Runes in tow as well? It made the best catalyst in converting raw mana into Magic.
  33.
  34. "I understand Mistress, Simple is best after all. Its why I've recorded all the runic structures I've been developing within this Grimmore." The demon gives a prick of his finger as the Purplish black ichor of demon's blood spilled onto a blank page,
  35.
  36. The as the dew drop of blood splashed onto it words began to be revealed showing the work that Eugo had been archiving. Having been recognized by his Mistress was a great honor even as of now. Yet when his Mistress Speaks of'Summoning' Only does his attention sway else where.
  37.
  38. "Summoning? Like how we demons were summoned to this realm....Is such a feat possible?" He knew Kaor's had the ability to Attract Lesser Demons, Yet that was more of a mind control than true summoning....Ravias' curiosity would only be held upon the words of the Ascended.
  39. (Eugo La Ravias)
  40. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  41. [14:34] "Is... Summoning possible?" Canting their head whilst watching the lesser inscribe a few more notes down. "Yes... It is, very much possible. However, my ideal sense of summoning isn't so easily done. Rather, I look to engage in a bit of. Monster Taming. You could say. I've amassed more than enough essence's through my battles thus far to allure something of value to. I."
  42.
  43. Although the topic of summoning had been merely an example. The best examples, were ones it were the process of achieving. "Though the runes I set to make use of are nothing short of complex. With use of both witchery & advanced occultic magics. Runes... Etc... It should work out... Well? It is... One of the three task I seek to conclude in the coming years." Looking behind, quietly in search of either angel or Fari.
  44.
  45. The projects promised to the two were strong in mind now. And with the countless experiments done thus far? It'd only be a matter of time before their summoning would come to yield results in the ascendeds capacity to tame souls.
  46.
  47. "Regardless. Continue to keep on taking notes. It is wise as you further develop your techniques. With the inclusion of temporal magics? Runic language seems best fit for you to find ways to control it. It is said... Time magics is one of the hardest to control. Since none can neither stop or reverse it."
  48. (Irkalla)
  49. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  50. 14:45] The pits that the demon called eyes would flash with an insane excitement. Feral yet sophisticated Cruel yet charming. The creature wouldn't have expected so many intricate details could be utilized with the power of occultism, Witchcraft, and Runes one could instruct the world itself to crumble.
  51.
  52. And with the added effects of Temporal manipulation Eugo had an added benefit to what he could do. Scribbling down notes as to what Irkalla was explaining regarding Summoning and even using beasts as servants. It was possible if the rune work was right. "I think that's a wonderful goal to pursue, You have the greatest Ideas Mistress..." The demon echoed before drifting slowly behind her.
  53.
  54. Slipping in and out of the shadows as if the demon itself was a second shadow the witch held onto. "I will continue to improve myself now that I am motivated to assist you in your goals and efforts I cannot lag behind in your experiments."
  55.
  56. After all there were plenty of things still left to do. "Which plot should we begin first?"
  57. (Eugo La Ravias)
  58. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  59. 14:51] Taking one hand to their chin, stroking with some thought. "Hm... I've not yet run into the two I require for further experimentation... However. I am sure, there are others to pester on the topic." With that said, they turned heel towards the others. Only briefly catching the topic.
  60.
  61. But one thing stood out amidst it all, "If you're speaking on that cosmic man... I'd bested them not, but a week ago. Maimed them as well. Their courage was something to take pleasure in tasting."
  62.
  63. A smile, a grin. With a gesture towards the lesser. The ascended would look for an opportunity to entertain themselves elsewhere for the time-being. "Come along, eugo… I can offer some teachings as we explore."
  64. (Irkalla)
  65. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  66.
  67. [14:54] The creature quickly followed suit giving a nod towards the Witch as he followed along.
  68.
  69. Having not much to comment on the cosmic man the demon continued along.
  70. (Eugo La Ravias)
  71. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  72. [15:24] Leaving the arena, making way past the lesser in direction of the rat man. A familiar face, and seeing them battle before? Reminded the ascended of the talk they shared prior. "Do you still seek out what it is. We spoke of. Before?" Canting their head, side-to-side. Crimson hues examined the man.
  73.
  74. Now a figure of authority in the city of Osrona?
  75.
  76. They weren't entirely sure.
  77.
  78. "For you see... I've an apprentice now. And they require... Experience. Yes? One figured, if such devotion to that topic is held now? Then surely you both could benefit from each other." Stepping aside, moving to allow the sight of the demon behind them to come into full view.
  79. (Irkalla)
  80. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  81.
  82. [15:27] The demon took the form of a lingering spirit, Perhaps a wraith like in nature A ghost that was covered in the removed straps of decay and rot left behind.
  83.
  84. The demon had a hole in the center of its chest, A reminder of what had taken place in the battles before. And a sign that it had been continuously striving to improve upon itself.
  85.
  86. "I am the Eugo La Ravias. Apprentice to Mistress Irkalla." The Demon would echo as it observed the rat man his mistress was keen on introducing them to.
  87.
  88. The creature had no initial thoughts about them they appeared as most of their kind do, Disheveled and Suspicious. Eugo held tightly onto to the book it kept in its possession taking notes of what it saw, Especially enthralled by the Battle between Misha and the Ascended Demon.
  89.
  90. Still wondering how Irkalla could so freely pull on the souls of her targets...Essence perhaps? The demon was still puzzled by it.
  91. (Eugo La Ravias)
  92. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  93.
  94. [15:32] Sylvannas whispers something.
  95. [15:32] Misha whispers something.
  96. [15:32] Trik was going to enjoy a nice day. A slow day. The kind of day where one could sit back, crack open a bottle of RATS LITE and have a nice drink. Unfortunately, it seemed like people actually wanted to talk to the foul degenerate of a humanoid. That they were able to get past the rather foul miasma of his being and conversely directly with him.
  97.
  98. They weren't even Razuka!
  99.
  100. Choking on his drink, the Razuka coughed up a wad of phlegm before waving at them. The woman was familiar to him but the demon? Not one he had seen before. His entire form was twitchy and tense as he recoiled back a little bit.
  101.
  102. "Oh-oh! Trik… Yes-yes, Trik still seek to shape-mold flesh. Going to get-get books on it soon! Or so Trik think-thinks. But Trik has to wonder what spook-demon needs? Trik not have viable experiment-tests or working theory-idea yet! Is slow process as Trik get-gets stronger for Osrona-city!"
  103.
  104. There was a tap on the silver banded hat, showing his position in Osrona's new force. The Authority.
  105. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  106. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  107.
  108. [15:38] "Is all well!" The woman explained with a chipper tone, expressing themselves with a widening grin. "For you see... Eugo is one who seeks knowledge as well. And it is imperative that they learn from all spectrums. You understand this, right? Even transmutation can lead to a plethora of developments in other fields. Such as the soul for example." It was in the finale of their speech the word, soul, was emphasized.
  109.
  110. Taking a few steps closer, ignoring the smell. Ignoring the looks, really. They simply motioned with curiosity in entailed. "Because you see... Even you have a soul. Trik.~" Standing before the razuka. Reaching out with a single arm, if allowed. Pressing their palm against the beating heart.
  111.
  112. "Would you mind if my apprentice toy a bit with you? I doubt they could do much, but observe what you allow them to... Such, experience. Will benefit you in coming to better understand the inner workings of a humanity. Surely it could devolve into more. When you take said experiences and being tinkering upon subjects. Yes?"
  113. (Irkalla)
  114. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  115.
  116. [15:41] It was easy to say that the demon was lost about what exactly Irkalla was aiming to achieve here. Perhaps just as confused as the Razuka might have been but he remained silent for now,
  117.
  118. If the study of multiple things would be the catalyst to his obtaining of knowledge he would unlikely exclude it from his research. Although he was unsure of what this beastmen could offer regarding the inner workings of the soul.
  119.
  120. Unless he plotted to offer his own...Ravias merely stood like an erect shadow merely observing the situation not really knowing enough to interrupt.
  121. (Eugo La Ravias)
  122. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  123.
  124. [15:48] Trik had a soul?
  125.
  126. Perhaps that would explain why he felt marginally bad after committing acts of violence against unsuspecting people. He always suspecting it was likely just him feeling awful from the various toxic materials he used like drugs. Perhaps his constant gnawing on blue mercury wasn't causing him such anxiety and paranoia!
  127.
  128. Of course, that paranoia was in full effect as he hastily stepped back from Irkalla, a choked scream gurgling from his throat. This wasn't just his usual cowardice, shrinking from clearly superior opponents. This was a primal fear that flared up at the prospect of something else doing experiments on him.
  129.
  130. What if they went wrong? Was that not what he wanted to do to other people to avoid any serious harm to himself? His words were wheezed out as his body convulsed, eyes darting around for anyone to help him.
  131.
  132. "Gah! Trik not sure-sure that is good idea! Experiment-tests best done on others. See themwrithe-flail instead of Trik! Trik not even know-know what a soul is!"
  133. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  134. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  135.
  136. [15:53] With a bit of confusion, there wasn't a drop on the eager expression born out of the razukas actions. "Oh... Come now? It won't, hurt... You could say. I am... A master. On the subject of souls. If you desire to turn others into the image you preach. Why not, show said image my apprentience. It will best allow them the chance to comprehend a bit of human logic. Where they feel as though power reaches its peak. Where humanity assumes weakness's lie. As such? They can create something stronger. In mind."
  137.
  138. While it was kept vague to an extent. Piece by piece, the ascended looked to explain the details more straight-forwardly.
  139.
  140. Nevertheless, they continued to march forward. This time, looking to wrap one arm around the man before they escape... But it's likely they'd succeed with how fat the demons own legs were. Couldn't chase for shit...
  141.
  142. "Think of it... Like, refining the ideal image. Yes? My apprentice will require this knowledge on transmutation should they wish to further delve into the arts of souls. As I've already run my own experiments on humanity. You can rest assured. You're safe... Considering, Eugo. Lacks practice."
  143. (Irkalla)
  144. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  145.
  146. [16:00] The creature would merely glare towards the Razuka, As most demons usually did to mankind or beastkind yet this was more so of the showing of fear than some sense of superiority.
  147.
  148. The lesser demon was still weak after all, It was still unable to control its intentions and its occultism responded in tune making the air a bit heavier as its irritation with the Razuka only grew. It wasn't until Irkalla's attempt to persuade him once more that the demon regained control of himself.
  149.
  150. "I can assure any damage to you will be minor if not existant. I merely need a better understanding on how to manipulate the essence of souls to some small degree." Ravias echoed in the many whispers that made the demons voice. Countless in pained and suffering yet all seeming to get the message of the demons will across.
  151.
  152. Of course there were risks in any and all ventures but with the combination of two demons and one who has excelled far beyond many it was highly unlikely that the Rat man would be injured....or at least not to a scale he wouldn't recover from.
  153. (Eugo La Ravias)
  154. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  155.
  156. [16:04] There was something about the Ascended. Trik had thought her some potent human, a deadly spell caster to bargain with. But here? This close? There was an oppressive air about the being. The scream was still a gurgle in the poor Razuka's throat as his entire body froze in place, held by another seizure of the nervous system.
  157.
  158. Perhaps he did need to lay off the blue mercury.
  159.
  160. Of course, it was fear that kept him there. Fear of whatever Irkalla truly was. His limbs locked in place as his mind frantically tried to find some way to escape what it felt would be a horrible hell. Alas, there would be no escape, no succor. Abject terror had completely taken over.
  161.
  162. "S-sure, ack! T-Trik w-will learn-learn from t-this!"
  163. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  164. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  165.
  166. [16:19] With a smile, pulling the razuka closer to a cold embrace. "Come along then... This should be done in private at the very least. It wouldn't be something enjoyable for others to bare witness to." Or rather, maybe the woman just wasn't one to openly perform their own witchcraft out in the open.
  167.
  168. Less it be for combat.
  169.
  170. "Now then... I will offer a brief explanation as to the details of this little experiment. Yes? As to both ensure your mind is at ease. And you both are suited for this little venture. Mhm!" Before pulling the military man away with the lesser demon.
  171.
  172. A brief speech was offered in insight to the regards of the matter.
  173.
  174. "While said human soul is protected by barriers. The mind also works in defense. Mental Barricades. You could say. So by your acceptance, I shall request questions towards your experiment in regards to fleshly mutations. Each honest. Answer. You give... Will allow my apprentice to move forward in the heart of hearts!" Waving a hand in shape of a rainbow.
  175.
  176. They spoke of it as some magical journey. Yet in reality? It might pose some pain. But... "No pain, no gain. Right? Lead the way!"
  177. (Irkalla)
  178. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  179.
  180. [16:21] Misha says, "Yoshi'll do summit."
  181. [16:26] With much trepidation, Trik leads away to his domicile. Through winding streets and twisting sewers, the Razuka leads the pair to his own hidey hole. A wretched home, tucked away in some forlorn corner. Trash and papers pile the area, with the sight of various ores and rocks scattered about. Many of them showing signs of having been chewed upon.
  182.
  183. The nervous Razuka shakes his head as they walk, however.
  184.
  185. "Trik not... perform any shape-molding. Cannot find insight-lore of it! Trik not want to mess-mess with things he not understand a little! Though... Trik does know-know blood magics. Use Trik blood and enemy-thing's blood. Can show-show that!"
  186.
  187. The nervous, awkward smile that shone forth as he moved some crates to block his own door. Verminy teeth on full display as he tried to seem as pathetically harmless as possible.
  188.
  189. "Trik… really only have dream-vision to go by. But... no new dream-vision in... long-long time."
  190. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  191. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  192.
  193. [16:34] Following behind into the sewers, despite the smell that permeated in the air. There was little regards for the humane senses. Merely obliging by its dedication to progression. And so, upon arriving they offered a moment to listen to trik give some words.
  194.
  195. "It is fine... The dream you were gifted with? Does not need to coddle you, trik. If one was all you were given? It is because. One. Is possibly all you need? Maybe, something in you already calls out to you. Knowledge. Waiting to be explored." With a single finger raised they pointed it off to a nearby seat.
  196.
  197. Using their free hand to rummage around, revealing a dagger with finely carved runes running down the steels length. "I shall go about now, creating a ritual circle. Trik. You shall enter into said circle. It is then you shall do something akin to meditation. Releasing your magics very subtly. As so my apprentice can follow the path towards the soul. In the process as I explained? I will question your ambition. Think not of what you don't know, but what you do know!"
  198.
  199. Taking the dagger in hand they slit open to pour down some blood across the floor. With a snap of the finger, a few shadowy images were created. Moving in tandem with the demons own desires in mind. Painting a pentagram across the ground. In detail they inscribed small notions across certain sections, furthering the complex design.
  200.
  201. A roughly twenty-minute or so process.
  202.
  203. But in the meanwhile?
  204.
  205. "Now... Eugo. What I am creating here. Is... Something of a spiritual gateway of the sorts. It will allow you to subconsciously enter into the human mind. Once you're adept enough? You can create your own. Regardless... In this realm, be sure not to get lost... You follow the doors as they appear. The questions will provoke said doors to appear. So don't wander around inside him." A waving finger, the ascended moved across the room to lean against one of the walls for support.
  206.
  207. Eyeing trik for a moment before they finished. "With your authority rising in Osrona. It is best you ensure your knowledge rival your strength. Nothing is worst than a mindless solider."
  208. (Irkalla)
  209. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  210.
  211. [16:43] Traveling through the sewers wasn't a new task for the Demon having already found a cave here that it dwelled within, The smell no longer being something that came to mind as they were came upon the Rat mans domicile.
  212.
  213. As the ritual circle was presented to him and a few words exchanged from the Ascended Demon Eugo took the time to study her movements carefully writing down what he understood although there was a flood of questions in his mind he held them back, Experience would prove more beneficial than a round of 20 questions after all.
  214.
  215. "Follow the path created by the doors, I understand..." It was a simple enough task however she'd not mention it if it wasn't something else to it. A path way through the soul from mental blockades Eugo knew very little of what they meant truly but he would have to assume it was worthy giving his best to accomplish.
  216.
  217. Entering a human mind, And discovering something that leasds to the soul...It was uncertain if the demon could even accomplish this given his lesser status yet he continued to push forward in hopes of doing just that. "I will do my best not to disappoint and stick to the path..Where do we begin?"
  218.
  219. The demon said not wanting to interrupt the Creation of the Ritual Circle without first being instructed.
  220. (Eugo La Ravias)
  221. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  222.
  223. [16:47] His heart pounded in his chest, to an almost deafening degree. The Razuka could hear little else besides the sound of his own fear. He understood vaguely what Irkalla wanted but nothing of the how. All he had was twenty minutes of terror to feel. Twenty long, agonizing minutes to debate the wisdom of what he was about to do.
  224.
  225. All he had to do was focus, right? To keep his mind on what he knew. What he wanted. What was it that he understood entirely? He knew he was Trik Gutterrunner, a silvecap in The Authority. He could handle a blade and knew the arts of blood manipulation.
  226.
  227. But that was immaterial.
  228.
  229. What Trik knew was that he wanted more. Not how, not why, only more. The path to power was shown in one way. The only way? Hardly, but it was a way he could think of. To shape and warp flesh, turning 'man-things' into Razuka. To fulfill what the advisor said.
  230.
  231. Gain recognition of your peers.
  232.
  233. Standing for so long sent another panicked convulsion up his spine. The circle eyed as he gingerly moved into position when instructed. Above all else, he was careful to not disturb a single detail. Just the stare at the grimy floor beneath them and the focus on what he wanted.
  234.
  235. What he always wanted.
  236. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  237. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  238.
  239. [16:53] Watching as all the pieces would come together. The razuka stepping into the circle. The shadowy images coming to conclude their painting. An array of scriptures put down, done with haste given the assistance of the ascendeds legion.
  240.
  241. "Spill your blood onto the circle. Eugo, once you do? The ritual will begin... In the meanwhile? It will be up to trik to maintain focus. Since this ritual is designed specifically for those of acceptance to this cause? The moment they feel a need to reject us. The ritual will be over."
  242.
  243. The only side-effect to such a ritual. But the woman had a tendency to go overboard. Most humans repelling the demon out of concern for their own well-being. "I shall merely observe and offer questions. Eugo, this will be something you do on your own. Most of what you shall see, will be what images are created from the Razuka. I've a theory that once the ideal image. Of what Trik seeks to create, manifest. The door to their soul will appear." It wasn't exactly a promise, so much so. A theory.
  244.
  245. "Now then... First Question." With a nod of the head in direction of Eugo, to begin the ritual. The sickly magics that would manifest in the wake of Hel'Heims pressure.
  246.
  247. Would be that of an ominous smoke. Both mystical and mesmerizing. As if to assist in the lucid state of being required for this ritual. Trik, would likely feel themselves beginning to heat up. Their mana flowing at will in command to the sigils placed around.
  248.
  249. To what happened once it spoke words? It wasn't entirely sure. But surely the two would have an experience together.
  250.
  251. "Why is it you desire to shape man in your races image?"
  252.
  253. Simple, straight to the point. "Be honest. We don't judge.~"
  254. (Irkalla)
  255. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  256.
  257. [16:59] Eugo listened to the words once more following the instructions to the tee. A claw reached out and slid across the demons palm fresh blood letting out of their veins onto the ground and immediately the Pentagram was infused with life,
  258.
  259. Demonic blood possessing not only immense occultism but pure negatively charged mana that anyone with nefarious goals would value greatly. The lucid dream like state began to overwhelm the demon his own mind being evaporated on as reality seemed to no longer exist as he knew it.
  260.
  261. Instead the images that flashed into his mind were that of the Razuka faces of his loved ones in the past, Friends he cherished all flashing past the demons face so quickly that it could not be described.
  262.
  263. It was some first encounter with the Razuka to invade his mind yet as things soon began to get more stable as Irkalla asked her questions. Paths that were no longer formed seemed to come into fruition as his ambition was questioned and for now.
  264.
  265. Eugo would wait for the door to appear, and for the world around him to continue to take shape.
  266. (Eugo La Ravias)

  268.
  269. [16:59] * You have been awarded 2 Roleplay Points! *
  270. [17:05] Why did he desire to shape man in the image of his race?
  271.
  272. His eyes closed and the neurotic verminkin let his mind go to that dream. To what started it all.
  273.
  274. Desolation hangs over the ruins of Osrona. A towering castle, overlooking teeming masses below. From atop, in an opulent and decadent bedroom, there was Trik. A foul Razuka, now corpulent from his own decadence, waited on by a small horde of slavering servants.
  275.
  276. Before him, a figure with a blood bag over his head, arms chained, and writhing in terror. Screams are muted by some gag as the figure of Trik reaches forth. His hands... move in a strange pattern, almost nonsensically. The hooded figure twists and flails in agony. The sound of cracking bone can be heard as his figure seems to explode with tumorous growths. Within moments, it is no longer identifiable as human but a mass of pulsating flesh.
  277.
  278. And with a flick of the wrist, it all shrinks back into the shape of a man, now with a ropelike tail wrapped around him and large ears protruding from the bag. Below, the masses scream the name of the Rat King, the Lord of Osronawastes.
  279.
  280. 'TRIK. TRIK. TRIK. TRIK. TRIK.'
  281.
  282. Beloved and worshipped by those below, a world of Razuka. A world for Trik to reign.
  283. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  284. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  285.
  286. [17:12] As the visions became clearer and clearer Eugo could begin to make out what he saw before him, The Rat King being praised, Flesh being warped and mutated turning regular humans into Razuka Rat men. A horde of dubious creatures as filthy as they were...Yet Eugo kept his thoughts contained.
  287.
  288. Choosing not to interact with the visions of the Mans mind and his ambition, Remaining a shadowy fly on the wall as he watched the scene play out before him. Yet there was something wrong, No door had yet to be made appear just yet.
  289.
  290. But the ambition of the Future King wasn't that unobtainable. Molding flesh like clay transmuting material of flesh and bone into tail and ears artificial yet lasting. Eugo also had such an idea to aim towards, Whether it be learning the true secrets of the soul or even harnessing the Timestream itself plots and desires all focused in one space.
  291.
  292. Without much else to do Eugo would continue searching for the door to the next area. Keeping his witsabout him, Seeing that Trik idolized himself as a King of the Razuka was enlightening to say the least.
  293. (Eugo La Ravias)
  294. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  295.
  296. [17:17] While it couldn't observe the effects within the mind between them both. There were still a few signs could it come to read & understand. A natural byproduct of countless experiments. "Second question..." They waved a hand off towards the ritual. Inject a steady flow of occultism.
  297.
  298. Meant to bolster Eugos journey. Like a spirit, they would appear within this imagination brought to life by the Razuka. Guiding them like a fairy onward. Into this scared & hollow lands. Constructed from the souls honesty.
  299.
  300. The minds, willingness. To where the door would appear, it wasn't for the ascended to know, but surely the eugo would find it not moments before the second question was posed.
  301.
  302. "Second Question... Once you've come to succeed in this aspect. What next? Will your goals be strictly confined to such regions? Or will you continue to seek out, explore. Dabble further?"
  303.
  304. As much as the ideal image was important. To what lengths one would go with it, was also to be noted. Their voice called out, through telepathy. Bypassing any thoughts that could rummage in the mans mind.
  305.
  306. "If you bind yourself to such mortal goals... You'll be lost with the times. Trik… Is this... All?"
  307. (Irkalla)
  308. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  309.
  310. [17:28] A door opens behind Eugo. Like most things, it is filthy and rotted. An old wooden door, clearly from a different place, a different realm.
  311.
  312. Trik thought on that next question. What else? Once he could shape flesh, what else? What was next after becoming lord of Razuka? His body was twitchy and convulsing, tail whipping about from time to time.
  313.
  314. With that, he let his mind wander more. What else did it mean to seek his desires? What was the true end goal? To be confined to such mortal goals?
  315.
  316. Degeneracy was the name of the game. Drugs upon drugs, laid out for the foul abomination that was Trik. No longer easily identified as Razuka, there was something clear with the abominable figure. Akin to a rat that grew too many sizes too big, it towered over mortals.
  317.
  318. All around them, Razuka swarmed and fought. No longer was this Osrona, but some foreign land. Strange architecture lay in ruins as the last humans were rounded up. Such foul excess delivered unto all as the many armed monstrosity that was Trik waved a hand.
  319.
  320. They were blessed now. They were truly Razuka. Some as he once did, others as horrifying monstrosities that towered over all. And all of them would feast.
  321.
  322. To feast upon the fetid corpse of Asena and Ryujin. To feast upon the dying corpse of the world.
  323.
  324. All hail the Rat King.
  325.
  326. A hand extends outwards, gesturing to be grasped. The world slowly turns silent as the green gaze of the abomination turns outwards.
  327. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  328. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  329.
  330. [17:37] The door appearing behind him the demon would quickly slither is way in, Like a Shadowy spirit his body turned to vapors and moved through the cracks. Essence flowed around him for a moment the his own spirit going through small changes....As if he was getting closer and closer to some source...
  331.
  332. Was this the soul? Already having influence already feeling the restrictions of the mind being shackled by the heavenly barrier that protected it. The voice of the Mistress echoed in his mind also hearing the words of both her and Trik, His eyes awakened once more to the scene displayed within his mind.
  333.
  334. A Mad Land filled with ruin and despair covered in a smog of ecstasy and degeneracy. Even though most demons very rarely could agree with humanity and its structures Eugo was not appealed by what he'd seen, It was madness.
  335.
  336. Perhaps not in the same way a Demon would go about it but it was chaos all the same. "An Impressive vision..." yet there was something lacking still. Some restrictive force that made going on even more difficult.
  337.
  338. Essence began to draw around the demon, Learning to manipulate the small particles within this spiritual place. A spell of darker proportions but had Eugo not protect himself adequately. He risked being rejected further ahead.
  339. (Eugo La Ravias)
  340. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  341. [17:44] Although the process was lengthy, the ascended would seek to bypass a few obstacles for the lesser. A mere, luxury in the sense. Closing the distance in reality, stepping towards the ritual circle. A hand placed over the sigil further endowed it with Hel'heims magics. With this? The next door would likely force the lesser forward.
  342.
  343. Into the room where the soul resides. "There is marvel in humanities honesty... Trik. Your will is strong, you lack compassion. It is. admirable... To see someone such as yourself be capable of lingering around others for so long." Smiling as their words took into the mind.
  344.
  345. "Here is your... Final Question... Should you fall. Should you perish? To what would be left behind in your legacy. Immortality is a feat very few have accomplished. So should you not reach your goal? Who will remember you..."
  346.
  347. A personal question, curious. If the razuka even desired to have such an attachment to others like that. Nevertheless, it was the different responses in these questions that it found humanity to be endless in their potential. Different minds, different perspective. Yet, honest in the end.
  348.
  349. When they wanted to be.
  350.
  351. Regardless. With the ritual reaching its climax. The lesser themselves would likely only able to find themselves within the souls realm for so long. Within this blank canvas, devoid of expression. Lingered a single light. Illuminating with divinity. To what it grasped when witnessing such a thing? Was up to them entirely.
  352. (Irkalla)
  353. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  354. [17:57] Should he die? Should he fall, so that his corpse will feed the worms beneath?
  355.
  356. There was a twitch of his body as his eyes clenched. A gurgle from the rodent that tried its best to maintain focus and composure. Who would remember Trik if he would pass? Who would even mourn the foul denizen of the sewers?
  357.
  358. Would anyone?
  359.
  360. Another door opened. Another closed. This time, a gallery. A long hall of paintings and empty pedestals. Most frames were torn and shredded, but a few?
  361.
  362. In one, a tall and forboding Kitsune. One with a dark gaze, the threat of abject violence and death. Well dressed, his focus seems to stare down upon the viewer. A veritable peak to surpass.
  363.
  364. "You did well. We should talk later."
  365.
  366. Another, a Razuka woman. Sickly and pale, she seemed on the verge of death. Still, there was a foreboding sense to the image. Those eyes of insanity that seemed to understand the viewer all too well.
  367.
  368. "Keep at it, kid."
  369.
  370. Across from them? A frame with a strange, lupine girl. Younger, her gaze is as foreboding as the previous two. A sense of violence emanates from the image. The desire to hunt. To surpass all. A twinge of sorrow as the gaze wanders over the neck, a place cut out where a necklace should be.
  371.
  372. "You fought well!"
  373.
  374. At the end? A large portrait. A swarm of Razuka, all youths. Each one a cheerful look about them, a sense of family. There is a warmth to it, but so far away. Drawing closer only pushes it further away. Still, it is familiar and friendly. Their gazes meet the viewers, not as superiors but as equals. As friends.
  375.
  376. "We're proud of you, yeah?"
  377.
  378. But all of them, images. Distant and untouchable. All alone in the gallery, there is no one else. No one to speak. Just the fragmented memories as silver begins to run down the walls. Judging gazes that seem to watch with eager interest. All of them waiting.
  379.
  380. Waiting.
  381.
  382. Waiting.
  383.
  384. Watching.
  385.
  386. The Razuka convulsed and twitched, hands rising to his head as his very body begin to reject it all. A pained gurgle into a howling scream. His senses realigned and it was time to go.
  387. (Trik Gutterrunner)
  388. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  389.
  390. [18:09] Another door opened and another scene flourished before him, A gallery of painted faces, Ones that seemed like moving memories more than art pieces. Beastkin of varying degrees all wanted more for their race, Instead of being treated like Lesser by the Humans and the Teraphrim alike.
  391.
  392. However sympathy is an emotion lost on Demonkind, The creature only saw them as weak creatures who clung to some hope of being accepted by mankind or respected in some way. Demons thought differently. They cared very little if mankind respected them.
  393.
  394. They only cared to encourage their fear towards them. After all the best demons were remembered by few. "I think its closer now than ever..." The dark veil of essence was continuously being pulled towards him.
  395.
  396. Draining the energy from the very soul itself yet not affecting it. Pulling apart of the small fabrics and threads that hold onto it and weave it into power.
  397.
  398. More and more the demons control of these advanced dark magics were beginning to take root if not for the aide of the ritual and Irkalla's voice guiding them.
  399.
  400. Yet there was an impassable feeling beyond the hall of the gallery. A place Eugo knew he could not enter at his current power. in fact he was unsure if even someone as powerful as Irkalla could...an immense force nearly singing away his entity.
  401.
  402. Holy magics? No....it wasn't corrupted by human greed and selfishness..it was pure..so pure it eroded the essence shroud that was forming around the demon. Divinity the very barrier of the soul that lied beyond there and Eugo knew it was beyond him to even peer at it.
  403.
  404. "I think this is as far as I can go..." The demon would admit to his Mistress moving back towards the door he entered in however the hallway was disappearing, A force from the Razuka rejecting him.
  405.
  406. And putting an end to the ritual as the demon's spirit would erupt from that place and back into the vessel it used now.
  407. (Eugo La Ravias)
  408. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  409. [18:16] With the ritual finished. The ascended gave the both a glance between each other. While it wasn't fully aware of the on-goings inside the razuka's head. They could only wonder.
  410.
  411. "Now then... Hopefully... Said experience was one both have come to learn from. Yes? Trik… I shall attempt to assist in your endeavors. As I've a few willing subjects. On topics closely related to your own." Evolution at times did demand for augmentation to whatever degree.
  412.
  413. Some others just wanted it for the fact they hated their mortal flesh. The ironic scene in that. Demons typically ascended to a state of humane imagery.
  414.
  415. "Without further delay though... It is best you rest. Trik. It may be painful, but it isn't nearly anything. That I'd have done. In there." With a smile, they took a deep breathe. Siphoning away at the residual mana lingering in the air still.
  416.
  417. "I won't hold you up any longer. Should you desire to rest or be off..."
  418. (Irkalla)
