  5. Effect: Soldiers gain the ability to train themselves to hone their skills. After half an hour of exercise, a Soldier may choose two different Stat besides HP; both of those stats become Trained Stats. The default State of Trained Stats is +1 Combat Stages instead of 0. A Soldier may have two Trained Stat at a time.

  30. Effect: You learn the Moves Facade and Retaliate.

  36. Trigger: Your Pokemon or an Allied Trainer Faints.
  37. Choose One Effect: You gain two Ticks worth of Temporary Hit Points; or you gain +1 Combat Stage in a Stat that is not Trained; or you are cured of one Status Effect.

  42. 3 AP Bind - Extended Action
  43. Effect: You gain additional static bonuses based on your Trained Stats
  44. - Attack: Your Critical Hit Range is increased by +2.
  45. - Defense: Your Trained Stats are immune from being lowered except by your own Moves and effects.
  46. - Special Attack: You gain +1 to Evasion, and a +2 bonus to Focus, Intuition, and Perception Checks.
  47. - Special Defense: You gain a +3 Bonus to Save Checks against Paralysis, Freeze, and Sleep.
  48. - Speed: You gain a +2 Bonus to all Movement Capabilities, and a +2 bonus to Athletics, Acrobatics, and Stealth Checks.
