  12. ### __Last Meal Service (Oct. 22th) Recap__
  13. * Summary: a three-person team distributing pre-cooked, then on-site prepared (Beatrice) air-fried potatoes and carrots (brought by Vi) slathered with vegan cheese sauce (brought by Karl), with a girl volunteered to help out halfway through. We finished with giving raw carrots and potatoes in paper bags.
  14. * Positive response from people who got our steady flow of food.
  15. * Not enough people and equipment.
  16. * Enough food to feed twice the numbers we did, but not enough kitchen people to help prep or tools to cook food.
  17. * No literature to print off and hand out.
  18. * Print off flyers and a sign-up sheet for next time.
  19.
  20. ### __Pumpkin Stores__
  21. * Emma has all the pumpkins.
  22. * **If another member wants to take pumpkins, arrange drop-off or pick-up with her**.
  23. * Dave will pick up some. His tentative plans are mashed squash.
  24. * Beatrice suggested pumpkin soup.
  25. * Preferably pumpkins are pre-cooked before the meal service.
  26. * Karl has cited they are difficult to cook on-site.
  27.
  28. ### __Next Meal Service (Nov. 26th) Plans__
  29. * Karl, Cardman, Dave, and Beatrice are set to be at Oppenheimer Park at November 26th, 12pm to 2pm.
  30. * Beatrice has planned to arrive 15 minutes beforehand for any prep.
  31. * Pumpkins already in hand.
  32. * Potential bread donation, either Mike or Dave will pickup for the meal service.
  33. * Potential vegetables for soup from Persia Foods from Cardman.
  34. * Bread with pumpkin soup to dip into.
  35. * Pumpkin sandwiches.

  37. ### __Donation Sheet Discussion__
  38. * Dave advocates for a monthly tasks subsection on our donation sheet.
  39. * Keeping track of the tasks people can attend to, leading up to our meal services.
  40. * Bigger concern is reminding people it is a resource that exists and can be used.
  41. * Plans to actively use it and remind people of it when edited on Dave's end.
  42. * Plans to tell server newcomers of it when they arrive on Beatrice's end.
  43.
  44. ### __Distribution of Karl's Roles__
  45. * Karl's leaving = his group roles must be distributed.
  46. * Discord moderation was tabled for later due to non-immediacy.
  47. * Dave has taken up Facebook moderation.
  48. * Beatrice has taken up communication with Oppenheimer Park.
  49. * Agenda-setter for meetings = rotating system from this point on.
  50.
  51. ### __Anti-Xmas-Xmas Event__
  52. * Karl will not be around for it.
  53. * Beatrice suggested tabling it indefinitely, not enough members to make it work.
  54. * Dave agrees.
  55. * Potential regular meal service December 24th.
  56. * Cardman will be at home for holidays then.
  57. * Potential meal service December 17th/31st, instead.
  58. * Discussion tabled for next month's meeting.
  59. * Final note: Dave suggests asking Emma's opinion on whether her anti-xmas-xmas should be revived or tabled.
  60. * Beatrice agrees.
  61.
  62. ### __Next Meeting (Dec. 10th) Plans__
  63. * Consensus of next second Sunday of December 10th, same time at 1pm.
  64. * Preference on text meeting as this one.
  65. * Discussion of alternative methods of communication or start period later as the meeting period nears.
  66.
  67. In conclusion, a small meeting of five attendees: Karl, Dave, Beatrice, Cardman, and Dana. Reshuffling the organizational distribution was the key note, given Karl's indefinite leave of absence. Methods to bring more group activity through the donation sheets (pinned in #general) and literature were discussed, with plans for a pumpkin-heavy diet for the next meal service.
  68.
  69. Any attenders, let me know if anything was missed. :) Any non-attendees, feel free to say anything to share. :flag_black:
