If you're tl;dr, we need an up-to-date version of in-game commands (excluding /modes). Basically just compile up as much as you can and post it. Ofc, if someone posts a command, it doesn't need to be posted again and again.

/maxrake - sets maximum betrake
/en - enter queue
/sp - enter spectators
/fspec - force spectate
/fenter - force enter
/motd - sets the motd
/desc - sets the desc
/bet <amount> <username> - bet
/cancelbets - cancels all current bets
/bets - lists all current bets
/kick - kicks a user from a server
/ban - bans a user from a server
/fwin - force win
/shout - shouts ingame
/cp - sends a cp message
/broadcast - sends a global broadcast
/set mod - sets the current mod
/ed - sets the engagedistance
^00 - changes colors (numbers vary)
/nudge - moves a player in the queue
/scramble - scrambles the queue

Betting

/bet [amount] [username] (places a bet)
/bets (lists all current bets)
/earnings [username] (shows how much a player has bet, won, and earned)
/betframes [value] (sets how many from the start of the game until it stops accepting new bets)
/minbet [value] (sets the minimum bet)
/cancelbets (pays back all bets)
/house [username] (gives you 10% of lost bets, and entry fees)
/maxrake [amount] (sets max rake the house can receive from bets)
/entryfee [value] (makes users pay to enter the que, TC goes to the house)

/stats [username] (tells you their stats)

/fwin [username] (Forces that user to win)

/shout [text] (Displays 3d text)

/rf (refreshes the server list, do this before searching for people)
/sa [username or partial name] (returns the rooms users matching the search are currently in.)

and if a shark came up and triiied to bite you,
you could say I'm chocolate IIIII invite you.

/clearbans -- removes the server's bans
/rt -- resets the current match
/lm -- sets the current mod
/rec -- reconnects you to the server you are in
/maxclients -- sets how much people can join the server

By the way, would be useful to pick the commands that allowed only for ~.

Don't think that it's really needed to post admin commands like /fwin and /broadcast to usual users.

/whowas - shows if the player has already been on the server or not.
Idk personally if non-"~" can use it^.

WRONG!
It sets the max amount that the winner of the match can win from all lost bets.
So if 100k is lost, and maxrake is 5k. Then match winner can only win 5k from just winning. Plus whatever they bet. Etc. If it's set to 5k and 1k worth of bets were lost, then it calculates some sort of percentage and gives the match winner that.


Helpful Hosting Commands:
/broadcast (text) - sends out a global throughout all current servers. Admins Only
/fwin (user) - forces said user to win. Admins Only
/set - view current settings.
/house - tells you who the current house is.
/house (user) - makes the stated user admin of the server. e.g: house gains 10% of all lost bets and gains the entry fee if one is set.
/enterfee (amount) - makes users pay to enter the que, TC goes to the house
/tourneystats - Shows the house, house rake, and enter fees.
/status (user) - tells you the said player's IP.
/status - gathers all IPs of every user currently in the room.
/maxrake (amount) - sets the maximum amount of lost bets that the winner of a match can win.
/cancelbets - pays back all live bets.
/kick (user) (text) - kicks the said user with the written text message that you add.
/ban (user) / ban (IP) - bans the user or IP from that particular server.
/clearbans - clears the ban list for that server.
/muteall - mutes the entire room, with an exception to other ops or admins.
/unmuteall - unmutes anybody that is muted.
/fspec (user) - force spectates the said user. even if they are playing.
/fenter (user) - force enters the said spectator.
/specall - spectates the entire room. admins and ops included.
/lockdown - stops anybody already in the room from being able to enter or spectate. type again to disable.
/motd (text) - sets the message that all users see when they enter a room.
/desc (text) - sets the server name that users see when searching for games.
/set mod (mod.tbm) - sets the mod to the stated mod. Must be the full mod name and have the .tbm at the end to work.
/reset - resets the current match in progress.
/fknock (user) - knocks the user to the bottom of the line, even if they are playing.
/nudge (user) (position) - nudges the user to the stated position on the list.
/duel (tc amount) - enables duel mode for the stated amount of tc.
/duel - disables duel mode. can be done while a duel is still happening without any bad effects.
/setowner (text) - sets an owner pass incase the OP pings or leaves.
/owner (text) - if the right pass is given, the room will op you.
/cp - places a central message that all can see within the server easily.
/hotseat - enables hotseat mode on tori, if he wins or loses he remains playing and it counts his wins or losses.
/ko - enables knockout mode, basically lockdown except it fspecs the loser and fknocks the winner from each match.
/op (user) - gives the said person operator rights.
/deop (user) - removes the said person's operator rights.
/scramble - scrambles the player list randomly. two people currently playing remain in their positions.
/whowas (user) - tells you when that said user connected to the server along with their IP, and how long ago.
/tourney stats - tells you who the house is, house rake and entry fee.
/rules - tells you the minbet, maxrake etc...
/set flags (flag number) - sets the flag number. What the flags do is stated below.

To change any other settings press: "Ctrl" and "G" at the same time and it will come up with this screen:

Check dismemberment to enable it, check fracture to enable it, check disqualification to enable it.
If there is a dojo set, un-checking disqualification will mean that there is no dq within the dq, but there will be outside it.

When sumo is on, wrists and ankles are like feet and hands and will not dq. Unless they hit outside the dojo. And when sumo is off, they will dq.

engagedistance - how far the tori and uke start apart.
engageheight - how far tori and uke fall at the start of a match.
fracturethreshold - how likely it is for joints to fracture, if 0 it is fully disabled. if 1 instant frac if you move.
dismemberthreshold - how likely it is for joints to break, if 0 it is fully disabled. if 1 instant frac if you move.
dqtimeout - the amount of frames you can have a joint touching the ground for before you dq.
matchframes - the amount of frames in a match.
turnframes - the amount of frames per each turn.
engagerotation - angle at which uke and tori begin. 180 would start them back to back.
dojosize - the size of the dojo on the mod. 450 is the default aikido size.
dojotype - 0 (square dojo), 1 (round dojo).

/set re (seconds) - sets the amount of time you have on the timer for each turn. counts in seconds.

Specific Room Commands:
/passwd (text) - anyone who does not enter the pass on room entry cannot speak or enter.
/pass (text) - type in the correct password to be let into the room.
/minbelt (number) - sets the minimum qi a player must have to enter the room.
/maxbelt (number) - sets the maximum qi a player can have to enter the room.
/maxclients (1-32) - sets the maximum amount of people that can join the server.

Others:
/bet (amount) (user) - places a bet on said user.
/bets - states all live bets by amount and user.
/earnings (user) - shows how much a player has bet, won, and earned.
/stats (user) - states said user's stats.
/shout (text) - places a message that all can see on the screen.
/rf - refreshes the server list so that when you search for players or games they are up to date.
/sa (user or partial name) - states which room/rooms the stated user or partial name are found in.
/em (text) - places written text above your tori ingame.
/dl (user) - downloads all textures and times for that said user.
/lp 0 / lp 1 (user) - loads the said player's textures onto either tori or uke.
/login (user) (pass) - logs you into that account ingame.
/rm - remembers the username and password for the account you are logged into.
/en - enter the line to play.
/sp - enter spectate mode which effectively removes you from the player line.
/chl # - shows the number of chat lines.

Opt Commands:
/opt particles 0/1 - stops flames showing on your screen.
/opt trails 0/1 - stops trails showing on your screen.
/opt uke 0/1 - stops uke showing on your screen.
/opt tori 0/1 - stops tori showing on your screen.
/opt timer 0/1 - stops the timers showing on your screen.
/opt score 0/1 - stops the scores showing up on your screen.
/opt emote 0/1 - stops emotes showing on your screen.
/opt text 0/1 - stops all the chat showing up on your screen.
/opt feedback 0/1 -stops joint info showing up on your screen. (contract left pec, etc)
/opt hud 0/1 - stops the whole heads up display appearing on your screen.


Key commands:

Viewing Replays
ctrl + [ - plays previous replay
ctrl + ] - plays next replay

Single Player
R - replay replays
E - Enters the current frame you are on
P - click "P" to skip though frames/ hit "P" to stop skipping though frames
shift + P - skips through one frame.
ctrl + N - resets replay

Single player/Multiplayer
W,A,S,D and shift + W,A,S,D - camera movements.
F - save replays
G - shows/disables your ghost
B - shows/disables both ghosts
C - hold all/relax all
L - while hovering over a wrist (not broken/fractured) press "L" to grab or ungrab
Z - while hovering over a joint (not broken/fractured) press "Z" to extend or contract
X - while hovering over a joint (not broken/fractured) press "X" to relax or hold
V - grabs or ungrabs both hands
K - saves a keyframe
I - clear keyframe(s)
T/Enter - brings up chat box
Tab - shows more chat lines
ctrl + L - brings up Flame Forge
ctrl + Y - brings up the sound menu
ctrl + U - brings up match making
ctrl + J - brings up Flames menu
ctrl + M - brings up the mod list

Camera Angles
1 - default camera.
2 - free camera.
Shift + 2 - Free orbital camera
3 - view from tori's eyes.
4 - view from uke's eyes.
5 - playing camera movements.
