Your pal Bill Samuels said that Mike Gianaris, the senator from Queens, who used to be very close to the Cuomos, plural, is talking about running [for governor], do you know anything more about that? He's not answering my inquiry to him. About whether he's said that to people or not.

RANDY CREDICO
Fred, you know, I'm like Wikileaks. And I protect my sources. I can tell you that there will be a definite challenger. That is...It's not me! I'm definitely not running. Definitely. So I'm taking my name out of the mix. [inaudible]

DICKER
Listen, you mentioned Wikileaks, so I have to ask you: have you gotten your congressional subpoena yet?

CREDICO
No, I have not. I have not.

DICKER
Last week, you were talking about being concerned that one "R Stone" might finger you in some capacity.

CREDICO
I'm sure my name is right now in Congressman Schiff's uh hands. At this point. Okay? Who knows? I don't know what's going on, but we'll see. A lot of people are speculating that it, that I will be named, and I will be called. I will be named, and I will serve, Fred! But then again...what I love about the Bill of Rights, is that...number five. Amendment number five.

DICKER
Well, you mean um no testimony against yourself. That you have the right to invoke the Fifth Amendment.

CREDICO
Right.

DICKER
Protection against self-incrimination.

CREDICO
Right.
