- FRED DICKER
- Your pal Bill Samuels said that Mike Gianaris, the senator from Queens, who used to be very close to the Cuomos, plural, is talking about running [for governor], do you know anything more about that? He's not answering my inquiry to him. About whether he's said that to people or not.
- RANDY CREDICO
- Fred, you know, I'm like Wikileaks. And I protect my sources. I can tell you that there will be a definite challenger. That is...It's not me! I'm definitely not running. Definitely. So I'm taking my name out of the mix. [inaudible]
- DICKER
- Listen, you mentioned Wikileaks, so I have to ask you: have you gotten your congressional subpoena yet?
- CREDICO
- No, I have not. I have not.
- DICKER
- Last week, you were talking about being concerned that one "R Stone" might finger you in some capacity.
- CREDICO
- I'm sure my name is right now in Congressman Schiff's uh hands. At this point. Okay? Who knows? I don't know what's going on, but we'll see. A lot of people are speculating that it, that I will be named, and I will be called. I will be named, and I will serve, Fred! But then again...what I love about the Bill of Rights, is that...number five. Amendment number five.
- DICKER
- Well, you mean um no testimony against yourself. That you have the right to invoke the Fifth Amendment.
- CREDICO
- Right.
- DICKER
- Protection against self-incrimination.
- CREDICO
- Right.
