- Written for the Spooky Pone Writefag Roulette, where I rolled a spooky Rarity story with 'Sex' as the topic.
- >Carefully dabbing with a wet cloth, she wiped away her runny mascara, as she felt the bitter sting of regret fester within her.
- >She had overreacted, and badly so, losing all measure of composure as her feelings had bubbled over.
- >She knew that he didn't feel any... Carnal attraction, towards ponies -- he had explained as much several times.
- >Yet she still threw herself at him -- she had wanted him so badly -- practically forcing herself into his mouth.
- >She'd probably never forget the look of disgust and hurt in his eyes, nor the anger and shame it sprouted in her.
- >Anger, always so very unbecoming for a lady, never lead to anything good.
- >With a deep sigh, she recalled the words she yelled at him, words she didn't really mean, but that just seemd to surface in the heat of the moment.
- >She could still hear herself screaming at him to get out of her house, and to get out of her life.
- >She wished she could just take it all back.
- "Oh Opal, what have I done?" Rarity asked pristine ball of fluff sitting next to her.
- >She had wanted more from him, and it ended up costing her their friendship all together.
- >She could feel tears building up again, when a set of heavy knocks on the boutique door put pause to her melancholy.
- >Who would come around at this hour? If not... Him?
- >She quickly checked herself in the mirror, before galloping towards the front of the store.
- >Opening the door, she couldn't help but to smile at the sight of him.
- "Anon..." she said softly. "You came back."
- >Silent, he took a step inside, out of the cold night.
- >His clothes were dripping wet, and his hair drenched, hanging down over his face. It must have be pouring down outside.
- "Anon," she said, trailing a hoof in circles on the floor. "I'm... I'm so sorry for everything. For what I said, and for..."
- >Her head falls down.
- "For what I tried to do. I should never have--"
- >Her apology was cut short as a hand tipped her head upwards and a pair of wet lips were pressed against her own.
- >His tongue invaded her mouth, and was soon intertwined with hers, and she seemed to forget about everything else.
- >Tears formed in her eyes as she relished the taste of him.
- >It was as just like she'd imagined it, if not even better.
- >Breaking the kiss only to catch her breath, she looked up at the human she'd come to love with surprise in her eyes.
- "Anon, I thought you--"
- >A finger to her mouth shushed her.
- >Pulling away from her, the human began removing his wet clothing. Rarity could do nothing, save watch him with growing wonder.
- >A growning pile of soaked garments on the floor, the human soon stood stark naked before her.
- >Mouth agape, the unicorn's eyes wandered over his broad shoulders and toned muscles, before finally daring their way down to his nethers.
- >"Is this what you wanted?"
- "Yes," she replied sheepishly, her voice little more than a whisper.
- >He closed the distance between them, scooping her up into his strong arms. She felt a slight chill run through her; His touch was cold, and his body was still wet from outside.
- >In silence, he carried her through the boutique, up to her bedroom.
- >He laid her down in her bed, and she kissed him ferverously, quickly feeling him start to grow hard against her coat.
- >Her tongue wrestled for dominance as her hooves trailed across his body, feeling his muscles work as he ran his hands through her hair.
- >She could already feel her warm wetness seeping out, as he throbbed against her body.
- >Breaking away from his mouth, she looked deep into his eyes.
- >Moonlight from the cloudless sky spilled in through the window, reflecting in his brilliant orbs.
- "I love you, Anon."
- >Without a word, she felt him enter her, smoothly sliding inside, forcing a sharp moan to escape her throat.
- >She tried to speak again, but was silenced by another kiss.
- >Her whole body tingled with pleasure as his hips adapted a rhythmic motion, and she lost herself in the feeling.
- >His tongue in her mouth.
- >Her hooves on his muscles.
- >His strong hands caressing her.
- >Her soft coat pressed against his smooth skin.
- >His stiff member deep inside of her.
- >The rest of the world seemed to fade away.
- >She didn't even notice the cold anymore.
- >She woke up with a smile.
- >The warm sun was shining through her window and birds were chirping happily outside.
- >Everything felt right with the world.
- >She had fallen asleep in her lover's embrace, just like she had dreamed of so many lonely nights.
- >Trailing a hoof across the bed, however, she found him no longer there.
- >He must've already gotten up to prepare to breakfast, she thought, her heart growing warm at the idea.
- >With a spring in her steps, she practically skipped down the stairs, towards the kitchen.
- "~Yoohoo~" she chimed in a bright tune. "Anon, darling, sleep well?"
- >But as she entered the empty kitchen, there was no reply.
- "Anon?" she called out to him again.
- >Silence was her only response.
- >She walked through the boutique, checking each room for any sign of him.
- >Eventually, she ended up in her bedroom again.
- >Where could he have gone? Why would he just up and leave without even having breakfast?
- >With a sigh, she turned to gaze out the window.
- >The sun had just begun its climb upward towards the cloudless, autumn sky.
- >A few ponies were milling to and fro on the nearby roads; the town was waking up.
- >On the path to the boutique, she spotted a familiar, lavender unicorn.
- >It was her friend, Twilight Sparkle, trotting among the dry foliage covering the road.
- >She began pondering what Twilight would be doing here so early in the morning, when her eyes suddenly fixed on the fallen leaves.
- "Dry foilage... Cloudless sky..." Rarity mumbled to herself, feeling her body go cold.
- "There was no rain," she stated bluntly, not really sure of the implications.
- >A sudden rapping on the boutique door echoed through the building, pulling her back to reality.
- >Her mind a jumble, she left the room, heading downstairs.
- >Answering the door, she found Twilight on the other side.
- >"Good morning, Rarity."
- "T-Twilight," Rarity stammered.
- >Twilight gave her a worried look.
- >"Umm... Are you okay?"
- "Yes, well, no, not really..."
- >The white unicorn shook her head in an attempt to collect her thoughts.
- "What's happening, Twilight? Where's Anon? I don't understand..."
- >Her friend's lavender coat seemed to lose it's colour suddenly, as her eyes fell to the ground.
- >"Anon... So you've heard already then?"
- "Heard?"
- >Twilight swallowed hard, unsure of what to say.
- "Heard what, Twilight?" Rarity persisted.
- >"It's Anon. This morning, some ponies found..." She paused, struggling with her words. "Anon was... He was found down by the side of the river just a few hours ago."
- >"He must have fallen into the water last night, and well, with how cold it was outside..."
- >Twilight looked up at her friend with sympathetic eyes.
- >"He passed away almost instantly."
