- Description: Weathers was driving along looking for someone to rob, when he spotted Stephen walking. He beat Stephen, then stole his wallet, cell phone, and Fitbit exercise tracker. Stephen was found about 2 hours later and taken to the hospital, where he was found to have brain bleeding, a collapsed lung, and multiple broken bones. He died a few weeks later. He leaves behind 3 daughters and a granddaughter.
