#### I pull over a person in a Blista speeding. I walk up to the car and say, "Hello sir, I'm Sgt Jacob Kayline with the Los Santos Police Department can I have your license, registration and proof of insurance please?" The man in the car looks up and says  "Yes sir its all right here". He hands me the documents and I tell him "Just one moment sir and I'll be right back". I run the mans information and he comes up clean with no warrants, caution codes, or traffic violations.  I walk back to the car and hand him the papers and say "The reason I pulled you over today sir was that you were going 45 in a 35 zone". And when i ran your information sir it says you have no traffic violations on your record. Well sir I dont want to see that record tarnished if you could slow it down please, I know you are probably in a hurry here today but the speed limit is 35 and this will just be a warning today." The man thanks me for allowing him off with just a warning and I tell him again to just keep it within the limits. I wish him a good day and he pulls away.
